辽河油田地下水资源管理信息系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 辽河油田地下水资源管理信息系统是为区域地下水资源管理和规划服务的,建立该系统可实现地下水资源信息的规范化管理、信息共享、决策支持等。它不仅为掌握区域地下水资源信息搭建了一个平台,而且为提高地下水资源评价预测的精度和效率、实现水资源信息化提供了高新技术支撑。本文分析了辽河油田地区地下水开发利用的现状及存在问题,阐述了辽河油田地下水资源管理信息系统建立的目的和意义,介绍了地下水资源管理信息系统的相关理论、概念、结构、功能、开发平台和开发环境,以及从系统分析到系统实现的整个开发过程。系统以ArcView为技术平台,Visual Basic为开发平台,MO+ADO+VB为应用技术开发模式进行开发,功能强大、操作简便、界面美观,便于推广和应用。该系统实现了辽河油田地下水资源数据信息的计算机管理,并在专题分析功能中实现了地下水环境的现状评价、地下水中石油类污染物的运移模拟、地下水位的预测,以及在此基础上的图件分析功能,为辽河油田地下水资源的有效管理和合理规划起到了辅助作用。

【Abstract】 In view of a series of environmental geology problems, caused by over development of groundwater during the construction of Liaohe Oilfield, this paper demonstrates the necessity of strengthening management and control of groundwater resources in oil region. The large and complicated data is analyzed and the feasibility and necessity of establishing of Groundwater Resources Management Information System in Liaohe Oilfield is probesed into. This paper provides the outline introduction of Liaohe oilfield, the relative concepts on MIS, the purpose and significance on establishment of MIS for groundwater rescourse in Liaohe oilfield and discusses the present situatuion on MIS research, requirement of customers’, the feasibility, development principles,development platform, and development environment. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the complete process of analysis, design, realization, application of the system in detail.Groundwater Resources Management Information System in Liaohe Oilfield is developed under VB development environment, took ArcView as platform and Access2003 as backstage supporter database, with the aid of Surfer, ContourOCX and MapObjects. The system mainly realizes systematic arrangement and scientific classification of groundwater resources information. It systematizes scattered materials, and changed particular materials alone into shared materials and thereby realizes the modernization of groundwater resources information in Liaohe Oilfield. We can understand and update manifold information like hydrogeological general situation, research findings studied by predecessors, relevant policies and so on by this system. So the development of Liaohe Oilfield can be managed and adjusted dynamicly. This system offers information service for groundwater resources information in Liaohe Oilfield and put up the policy-making platform to realize the rational development and utilization of this area.Groundwater Resources Management Information System in Liaohe Oilfield consists of three parts including information management, special analysis and auxiliary function of system. The information management part is mainly in charge of management and maintainance for the system database, including data checking, index, addition, deletion, update, as well as display and management of layers on spatial data. The special analysis part is composed of water quality assessment, simulation of pollutant migration, water level prediction, and figure-aided analysis module, which conducts the assessment and classification on historical data, simulation the time and distance on migration and attenuation of petroleum pollutant, and the prediction on the tendency of groundwater level. At the same time, it can help us intuitionistic analyses these result by contour chart and statistical chart. The auxiliary function of system includes system settings and on-line helps. By the assistance function, we may manage the access-rights and illustrate the use of system, and thus ensure the security, the flexibility and the applicability.Groundwater Resources Management Information System in Liaohe Oilfield develops special analysis function on top of maintenance and management function for data, which make decision support and information management combined. Meanwhile, using of Surfer and ContourOCX develops the drawing of contour, contour plane and the function of dynamic display of 3D data is also a unique feature of this system.This paper performs further study on present situation of groundwater resources. The special analyse function has been used to evaluate and predict groundwater environment in Liaohe Oilfield. The water quality assessment uses two kinds of models, which includes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the Projection Pursuit Model. The results are credible due to their indentity given by the two models.The simulation of pollutant migration, which is in zone of aeration and unconfined aquifer, used exponential model and convective-diffusion model. Through the two models, we can confirm the effect of oily wastewater on groundwater. The water level prediction used time series model. Its result indicates that there are groundwater depression funnel in the study area. Based on the results of assessment, simulation and prediction, this paper analyses the present situation of groundwater resources in Liaohe Oilfield, and raises some rational proposals.Taking Liaohe Oilfield for instance, this system conducts and researches into huge amount of data resources, which is a exploratory study for application of infant technologies and methods, including the computer technology, the database technology, the GIS technology and the application model etc. in system management of groundwater resources. It has provided the policy-making basis for development and use of groundwater resources in Liaohe Oilfield, and has a certain theoretical and practical significance to its popularization in the domain of groundwater resources management in our country.
