沥青混合料低温性能试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究沥青混合料低温性能,探讨低温地区沥青路面组成材料、矿料级配选择等技术要点,本文借鉴美国SHRP提出的Superpave(高性能沥青路面)技术中的混合料设计思路,探讨沥青混和料的材料技术性能,并结合贝雷法和我国现行规范常用沥青面层级配,拟定几种级配,对其低温性能进行了试验研究和比较,提出应从限制沥青混合料变形能力和提高应力松弛性能两方面来综合考虑沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能。同时探讨矿料作为沥青混合料的骨架和主体,其不同的级配,不同粒径大小构成,所适应的沥青用量也不同,并影响沥青混合料一系列的性质。通过试验确定符合低温地区特点的矿料级配。

【Abstract】 In our country general northern area, because the low temperature causes the bituminous pavement to have the chap,plant disease and so on settlement seriously affects the road surface the use quality, causes the service to maintain the investment toincrease, seriously puzzles the bituminous pavement the development.These plant diseases except that because pavement structure design is inappropriate, the construction quality does not conform to reason and so on outside request, lacks the science with the material choice and the blend allocated proportion the design method also to have the very big relations.After high performance bituminous pavement Superpave will be the American road strategic research plans the asphalt Pavement aspectfinal product which SHRP will complete promotes, Superpave bituminous binder with the blend standard new system the testing method and the target with the asphalt pavement road with the performance establishes the direct relations, through the control high temperature wheel rut, the low temperature dehiscence and the weary dehiscence,will achieve the comprehensive improvement pavement performance the goal. US "SHRP" the Superpave high performance bituminous pavement studied for us provides a brand-new mentality, the bituminous binder performance rating, the theory of grade, the bituminous mixture design method had the place which many we might profit from.This research with the aid of the SHRP method, the research low temperature area raw material, grade and the blend road uses the performance, experiments in the foundation in the massive rooms,the union cold area road constructs the success experience, proposed the cold area road material selection principle, is appropriate aggregate gradation, the bituminous mixture mixture ratio design method and so on the essential technical measure.The materials behavior has the count for much influence to the asphalt pavement, in the low temperature area asphalt mix design material choice is extremely essential.Says from the design angle, the good technical specification and the parameter ought to be able to reflect the bituminous mixture the actual road uses the performance, simultaneously can unify the project characteristic to have the good instruction function to the design.The various countries has all formulated material and the bituminous binder specification and the standard, and but unceasingly consummatesalong with the technical progress and the understanding deepening.Therefore paper to aggregate the technical characteristic has carried on the analysis, carries on the corresponding experiment using our country asphalt standard and the Superpave binder standard to the asphalt, through the test result multi analysis and the comparison, put forward the cold area bituminous binder performance rating proposal.The structure decision performance, the bituminous mixture is the three-phase body which by the asphalt, Ore material and the crevice is composed, the bituminous mixture operational performance decides to the asphalt quality and the amount used, Ore material the quality and aggregate gradation. The asphalt amount used and the quality are affects the bituminous mixture low temperature crack resistance to be able the important attribute. But Ore material and aggregate gradation is the bituminous mixture skeleton, is holds and is attaching the asphalt foundation, is affecting the asphalt amount used as well as the asphalt the function which foresee accurately in the mix. aggregate gradation also is balances the bituminous mixture low temperature performance the important attribute. Different aggregate gradation forms bituminous mixture contraction nature and slacked strain ability entirely different,simultaneously aggregate gradation also is balances the bituminous mixture low temperature performance as well as the fatigue dura bility important attribute.The appraisal bituminous mixture low temperature crack resistance can the method are very many, but appraises the low temperature crack resistance through the bituminous mixture low temperature distortion ability to be able the method receives generally takes. Said to the common bituminous mixture that, the contraction and the flexibility are contradictory, like material thethicker bituminous mixture contraction small, the similar flexibilityis also small; But aggregate gradation thinner bituminous mixture flexibility good, but the contraction is big. Therefore the bituminous mixture type choice should take from the blend flexibility and in the contraction coordination obtains the best design. The bituminous mixture low temperature flexibility and slacked strain the ability uses the low temperature breaking strain to experiment reflected that, the bituminous mixture contraction performance uses the coefficient of contraction reflection.This article by the system viewpoint, the synthesis considered the material the performance and the material composition, from the asphalt choice, aggregate gradation optimal, the allocated proportion design angle carries on the analysis to the different aggregate gradation bituminous mixturetest result to draw the conclusion:1st, Ore material is the bituminous mixture skeleton and the main body,different particle size size Ore material constitution different, aggregate gradation moves towards differently, adapts the asphalt amount used is alsodifferent, is affecting bituminous mixture a series of nature.2nd, aggregate gradation is affects the bituminous mixture low temperature performance the important attribute, through to 5 kind of experimental aggregate gradation low temperatures performance test research, conforms to the SHRP aggregate gradation thought aggregate gradation to have the best low temperature crack resistance energy, may supply the low temperature area bituminous pavement use.3rd, cannot be unitary from some on the one hand weighs the bituminous mixture the low temperature crack resistance energy, should from twoaspects syntheses consideration bituminous mixture low temperature crack resistance energy, in other words, both the request blend has abigger flexibility, and must as desired have the smaller coefficient of contraction, from limits its distortion ability and the enhancement slacked strain performance two aspects requests the blend the low emperature crack resistance energy, may obtain suits the low temperature area the bituminous mixture type.
