某型民用飞机的工作可靠性与维修性分析

【摘要】 本文首先采集民用飞机使用厂家十架民用飞机的故障时间数据,据此建立故障时间数据的分布类型,然后对各项参数进行估计,最后得出各项可靠性指标。通过对某型飞机进行致命度分析,找出飞机存在的薄弱环节,致命度高的零部件。从而在维护方面为维护人员提供明确目标,在产品的可靠性设计方面为飞机零部件的可靠性设计提供依据。本文通过对民用飞机备件设置量的计算,为民用飞机使用厂家提供了明确的飞机备件设置数。从而减少了零部件的闲置浪费或避免由于备件设置量不足造成飞行任务无法完成的后果。
