商用车电子控制制动系统的控制算法研究

【摘要】 电子控制制动系统(EBS,Electronical Controlled Braking System)能够显著改善整车的制动稳定性及大幅度制动响应时间。该产品在国外已经实现产业化,并批量装配商用车,而在我国还处于刚刚起步阶段,因此开展这方面的研究,对于获得自主知识产权,打破国外的技术封锁具有重要的意义。在电子控制制动系统中,控制算法和控制逻辑是该系统的核心,也是自主知识产权的重要体现。因此本文针对EBS的控制算法和控制策略开展研究。针对商用车的EBS总体技术方案提出了能实现制动力分配、制动防抱死、横摆力矩控制的控制策略,更好的保证制动稳定性,并能大幅度缩短制动反应时间;编制了完整的控制算法及控制流程框图,建立了EBS离线仿真模型,完成了控制算法的离线调试,通过整车道路试验对控制策略及控制算法进一步验证。在本文研究成果的基础上可以进一步完成商用车的EBS产品开发及整车匹配、试验评价。

【Abstract】 It demands that the transportation should ensure the high efficiency, low cost, the safe and fast goods transportation, owing to the population of modern highway and the increase of goods transportation. So the higher and stricter requirements are put forward in way of the safety and stability for the commercial vehicles. One of the efficient way to solve those problems is to configure the active safety system, which could reduce the traffic accidents .The Electronically Controlled Braking System is an integration controlled system which meets this demand. The ABS(Antilock Braking System ) is integrated in this system ,and CAN ( Controller Aera Network) data bus is used to transmit data between the electronically Controlled Engine , retarder controller, electronically controlled transmission and the suspension ,steering controll etc, so the system could control the whole vehicle body and the algorithm inside the controller harmonized the sun system in order to receive the best level rideability .CAN bus is used to transmit the control signals in the EBS system, which could reduce the respond time and braking distance. In the EBS, the longitudinal and lateral force of the wheels could have been modulated through the systems intervening in order to get good maneuvering performance in the driving and braking efficiency in brake. At the present time, EBS for commercial vehicle abroad has already been set as a technical platform for developing new technologies, and became the research subjects for every manufacturer. The production of EBS has already been introduced in the commercial vehicle and became the standard /optional configuration for most carmakers. But in our country, the research about the EBS just begins.On the foundation of research results abroad , the system configuration of EBS ,the working principle of each control module ,the algorithm of the controller ,the process of building dynamic models for the vehicle ,setting up the offline simulate platform and analyses the results of offline simulations and road test etc are introduced in this article . The main research subjects in this article are as follows.First, a clear and compendious discuss is made about the purpose, significance, structure, principle, current status and trend of development in the research EBS in the prolusion. Based on this foundation, the main researched subjection is introduced in briefly.Second, the function of EBS is introduced in this part, and it also introduces the structure of EBS, its internal components’structure and operation principle in the same parts. All of these will contribute to educe the algorithm of EBS and the EBS simulate models.Third, the development process of control software for the EBS and the algorithm of EBS and the control logic of each control module are described in detail. Control flow charts also presented in this part. In this part, the subsystem’s control flow is also presented in brief. A good preparation is made for setting up offline simulate platform and putting forward to configure of structure for the EBS. At last, according to the theory put forward in the before-mentioned, the offline simulate platform is built .The offline simulations have been done on this platform in order to test and verify the algorithm of EBS. Through analyzing the simulation results and combining with relevant national standards, the algorithm could be tested. Whether the algorithm could control the vehicle according to the driver’s intention or not , not only the offline simulation but also the road test shouud be used to verify the algorithm. The road test has been done by using the dspace, which usually used develop prototyping vehicles. In the paper, the method of test, reference standard, requirements of testing ground, testing program and the instruments used in the testing have been mentioned briefly. Comparing the simulation results with the testing results, the following conclusion could be acquired: aforementioned algorithm of EBS can work normally and the vehicle is controlled under good driving ability and good braking efficiency in the brake performance. The algorithm is verified that it is effective and exactitute, which could shorten the time the vehicle drives on low coherence road surface. .
