【摘要】 近年来,各种原因导致真菌感染的发病率呈急剧上升,已成为院内感染死亡的主要原因之一。由于目前西药治疗真菌品种稀少、毒副作用大且价格昂贵,因此,研究和开发毒性小且不容易产生耐药性的抗真菌中药是一项迫切的任务。应用试管法选用射干、金银花、土槿皮、蛇床子、苦参、虎杖、黄连、黄岑等12种中药,对白色念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、曲霉、克柔念珠菌、新型隐球菌、茄病镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、疣状瓶霉9种真菌进行了单味药体外抗真菌的试验研究。结果除黄连、白头翁对9种真菌作用小外,其余10种中药均有较好的抗真菌作用。选择黄芪、土槿皮、苦参、蛇床子、黄连组成复方中药参芪合剂,进行小鼠的体内抗白色念珠菌感染实验,证明其可以延长小鼠深部感染白色念珠菌后的存活时间。通过本研究可以为临床应用中药疗法治疗因免疫功能低下而导致的条件致病真菌感染提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, because of the long-term use of immune depressant and broad-spectrum antibiotic, The fungus disease’s disease incidence rate increases day by day ,which becomes the patient’s lethal reason.But majority of kinds of anti- fungi chemistry medicine have big toxicity, and is easy to have the drug resistance, which bring about difficulty to the treatment. Therefore, the research exploration of anti- fungus traditional Chinese medicine which have small toxicity and are not easy to produce the drug resistance is an urgent duty.We identify and pure culture the fungus from the hospital environment and the excretions. Such as Cryptococcus histolyticus, the sickle, the sharp spore sickle, the Blastomyces albicans ,the Candida parapsilosis, the Candida tropicalis, the Candida krusei, the Phialophora verrucosa, the aspergillus and so on.In order to discuss the function of Chinese native medicine anti- fungus, we make use of the test tube method to 12 kinds of Chinese native medicines such as belamcandae, honeysuckle flower, pseudolaricis , fructus, light yellow sophora root, giant knotweed rhizome, coptidis rhizoma, skullcap to carry out haplo taste medicine’s antimycotic empirical study on 9 strains of clinical detached pathogenic fungus. The result showed, belamcandae’s on In addition, we carried anti- Monilia albicans animal experiment on the complex prescription Chinese native medicine– ginseng composition (Astragalus mongholicus, pseudolaricis, light yellow sophora root, fructus, coptidis rhizoma). we record daily mouse’s fatality count and the survivalnumber. It explained the ginseng composition can lengthen the survival time of mouse which had been depth portion infected with Monilia albicans.
