大方坯结晶器的浸入式水口优化

【摘要】 本论文以某钢厂大方坯结晶器为研究对象,采用物理模拟的方法,对使用单孔、四孔和五孔SEN浇注时,无M-EMS和有M-EMS两种情况下结晶器内钢液的流场进行了模拟研究。得出了如下结论:(1)不管有无M-EMS,在中孔直径相同时,喇叭型SEN的效果都比直筒型SEN好,但喇叭型SEN的效果又不如四孔和五孔SEN。(2)无M-EMS时,原SEN的倒吸现象很严重,新四孔SEN的最佳结构与工艺参数为:θ=θ1,K=K1,底型为凹底,H=H1。在H=H1时,采用最优四孔SY1与采用原SEN相比,P减小10~13Pa,S冲浅了74mm,t均缩短了9.64s,t到缩短了1.1s。(3)无M-EMS时,五孔SEN的最佳结构与工艺参数为:θ=θ2,K=K1,d=d1,H=H1。在H=H1时,采用最优五孔WY1与采用原SEN相比,P减小11~16Pa,S冲浅了78mm,t均缩短了7.09s,t到缩短了0.62s。(4)有M-EMS时,采用多孔SEN浇注,S冲和t到与无M-EMS时无明显变化,B是无M-EMS时的2~4倍。原SEN的t均比无M-EMS时缩短了14.94s,新四孔和五孔水口的t均比无M-EMS时缩短了7~12s。DSY1和DWY1的效果都优于原水口。(5)当液面流速在0.15~0.20m/s之间,为合理的电磁搅拌强度,对应现场搅拌器的电流应在342~456A之间。

【Abstract】 This paper based on studying a bloom mold of a Steel Factory. we adopt the method ofphysical simulation, studied the flow field in mold when different SEN, such as thesingle-outlet-hole SEN, four-outlet-hole SEN and five-outlet-hole SEN were used, includingstarting M-EMS or not. As a result, the following results were found:(1) No matter starting M-EMS or not, under the certain middle aperture, the effect of alltrumpet SEN is better than the straight SEN. But the effect of the trumpet SEN and straight SENis worse than four-outlet-hole and five-outlet-hole SEN apparently.(2) In the condition of without M-EMS, the flow backwards phenomenon of the primary SENis very serious,the best parameter of structure and craft of the new four-outlet-hole SEN isθ=θ1, K=K1, bottom structure is hollow bottom. Compared with the best four-outlet-hole SENSY1 and primary SEN, the former P is smaller 10~13Pa, S冲is lowered 74mm, t均decreased9.64 seconds, t到reduced 1.1 seconds.(3) Under the condition of without M-EMS, the best parameter of structure and craft of thefive-outlet-hole SEN isθ=θ2, K=K1, d=d1, H=H1. Compared with the best five-outlet-holeSEN WY1 and primary SEN, the former P is smaller 11~16Pa, S冲is lowered 78mm, t均decreased 7.09 seconds, t到reduced 0.62 seconds.(4) In the condition of starting M-EMS, the multi-outlet-hole SEN were used in casting,compared with non M-EMS, S冲and t到were no obvious change, B is 2~4 times as much aswithout M-EMS. T均of the primary SEN is shorter 14.94 seconds than without M-EMS, t均ofthe new four-outlet-hole and five-outlet-hole SEN is shorter 7~12 seconds than without M-EMS.The effect of DSY1 and DWY1 is better than primary SEN.(5) The intensity of electromagnetic stirring is reasonable when the velocity of superficialfluid is between 0.15 and 0.2m/s, the corresponding electric current of stirrer in the steel factoryis 342~456A.
