溶液除湿空调系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,溶液除湿空调系统受到国内外学者越来越多的关注。利用溶液对空气进行处理,可以在较高的温度下对空气除湿,避免产生凝结水,提高了空气处理品质,而且溶液再生可以利用多种低品位热能。溶液除湿空调系统实现了空气温湿度独立处理,与传统的空调系统相比,具有较大的优势。本文比较了几种常用溶液的除湿特性,编程绘制了氯化锂溶液表面蒸气压力、溶液焓和溶质焓的曲线图,并对溶液焓和溶质焓曲线进行了公式拟合,方便于氯化锂溶液热工计算。从结构和工作原理上对适用于溶液除湿和再生的可调温热质交换模块进行了分析,通过定义热质交换设备效率的方式,以氯化锂溶液为除湿剂对除湿和再生模块建立数学模型,并编制了计算机程序,对模块的工作特性进行了模拟计算分析。对于除湿模块,分析了气液比、浓溶液补充量、冷源补充冷却量对除湿过程的影响。对于再生模块,分析了再生溶液的浓度和温度对再生量、再生效率的影响以及如何选择气液比。最后设计研究了几种溶液除湿空调系统形式,采用多级除湿和再生模块进行逐级除湿和再生,可提高系统的性能和冷热源的利用率。
【Abstract】 Domestic and foreign scholars have paid more and more attention to liquid desiccant air conditioning system in recent years. Treating air with solution can dehumidify air at a high temperature avoiding producing condensate water, which increases air quality. What’s more, desiccant solution can be regenerated with various kinds of low level energy. In a liquid desiccant air conditioning system, humidity and temperature can be controlled individually, which has great advantages comparing with traditional airconditioning system.Several common desiccant solutions have been compared and diagrammatic and programming methods to calculate lithium chloride solution has been provided in this paper. The heat and mass transfer device which is suitable for dehumidification and regeneration has been analyzed in structure and working in theory. Through assuming efficiency of heat and mass transfer device, mathematical model for lithium chloride solution dehumidification and regeneration has been established and computer program has been made to analyze its working performance. As a dehumidifier, the paper has analyzed: how ratio air-solution ratio of influence on dehumidifying process and how to choose it; the relation between Supplement of concentrated solution and capacity of dehumidification; he relation between of cold energy provided by cooling source and cold energy air get. As a regenerator, the paper has analyzed: how temperature and concentration of regenerating solution influence on the capacity and efficiency of regenerator, and how to choose ratio air-solution ratio. In the end, the paper provided several kinds of liquid desiccant air conditioning system, which use multistage dehumidification and regeneration and has a high efficiency.
