抛丸器耐磨件失效原因探讨及分丸轮结构对抛丸率的影响

【摘要】 本文论述了抛丸器的发展历程,指出进丸方式的改变是抛丸器发展的主线,分析了抛丸器的应用现状、主要发展趋势和目前该设备存在的主要问题。从理论上分析了达到临界角速度的弹丸进入分丸轮窗口以后在分丸轮窗口壁上的运动过程并建立了抛丸器正常工作过程中分丸轮窗口叶片上形成的阿克肖诺夫弹丸堆的弹丸飞出分丸轮窗口时的速度的大小及方向的物理模型和数学模型。确定了分丸轮窗口中的弹丸能够飞出定向套窗口的临界位置。本文对定向套与分丸轮间隙中的弹丸的运动过程也作了一些探讨,近似推导出了间隙中的弹丸运动过程中的角速度,提出了一种近似计算分丸轮窗口中与间隙中所飞出的弹丸量之比的方法,并由此对分丸轮窗口中形成的弹丸堆的形态做出了描述。本文近似计算出了分丸轮窗口中飞出的弹丸打击在抛丸叶片上的具体位置,并对弹丸与抛丸叶片发生碰撞后的运动过程进行了详细的阐述,推导出了具体的公式。将抛丸器的具体结构参数代入公式可以推导出此部分弹丸与抛丸叶片相碰撞的整个过程,包括与抛丸叶片发生过几次碰撞后飞出抛丸器,以及每一次与抛丸叶片发生碰撞后的速度的大小及方向,从理论上完善了“多次碰撞”观点。在上述理论分析的基础上对现用分丸轮的结构作了改进,并通过对比试验探讨丁提高抛丸器的抛丸量和抛丸率的方法。试验结果表明:将分丸轮窗口变成平行式,在分丸轮叶片外壁开凹槽均能显著提高抛丸器的抛丸量及抛丸率;改变螺旋式分丸轮螺旋叶片的长度对抛丸器的抛丸量及抛丸率也有重要影响。另外,本论文从能量角度分别对分丸轮、定向套、抛丸叶片等抛丸器耐磨件失效原因作了理论上的探讨。这为进一步提高分丸轮、定向套、抛丸叶片等抛丸器易磨损件的寿命提供了重要的理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this article, the author reviews the evolution of the modern blast wheel. It is indicated that the developing in shot-feeding modes are the main direction in blast wheel, and the applying situation and developmental tendency of the machine are presented briefly. In this paper, the motion of shots entered the windows on shot blasting impellers has been analyzed. The velocity of shots in the pile formed in the windows on shot blasting impellers has been deduced when the blast wheel is working normally. And also, the critical localization of shots flying off the window in the control cage has been analyzed. The movement of shots in the clearance of the control cage and the impeller has also been analyzed. According to their motion model, their angular velocity has been educed while they disengage from the clearance. And also the quality of shots in the impeller and the clearance has been deduced. The new modality of the pile formed in the windows of the shot blast wheel has also been described. The velocity of shots flying off the window of the control cage are calculated, and also the position of shots coming into collision with the vane are confirmed. The movement of shots after the collision are analyzed, it is indicated that the shots come into collision with the vane for several times before they fly off the blast wheel. Contrastive experiments were done. It shows that the parallel windows impeller the parallel windows with flutes impeller are new kinds of impellers with larger shot blast capacity ,higher efficiency. And also the shot blasting capacity and efficiency are affected by the length of the screw. Furthermore, the invalidations of the impeller, the control cage and especially the vane are analyzed from the angle of the energy. This provided a new way to prolong the life of the impeller and the control cage.
