【摘要】 为解决货运市场经营、生产组织指挥多层次、多头对外、无序竞争和运输效率低下的现状，昆明铁路局将推行全面的货运组织改革，成立了货运中心和调度指挥中心。本论文针对货运中心业务流程，结合铁路信息化总体规划的战略目标，论证了开发铁路货运中心辅助决策支持系统的必要性，并对系统开发的理论与方法进行了深入研究。研究了铁路货运中心数据仓库的构建方案。通过分析货运中心业务流程，确定需要整合的信息源，进而运用恰当的信息整合方式实现对信息的动态管理，并在此基础上，实现对概要数据、历史数据、元数据的管理。探索了以客户关系管理(CRM)为指导思想的功能设计方案。在分析货运中心业务流程的基础上，围绕“以货主为中心”的指导思想，设计出七大功能模块，并对市场管理、产品设计、文件管理和指标分析等功能的实现做了进一步探讨。以昆明铁路局货运营销系统为实例，论证了系统设计方案的可行性。昆明铁路局货运营销系统实现了铁路货运中心辅助决策支持系统的部分功能，对货主进行细分、跟踪管理重点货主信息、辅助支持货运生产组织，并且经过两年多的实际运行，取得了较好的实施效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve problems of current freight marketing operation and production organization, such as having too much layers, multiple external, disorderly competition and deficient transportation efficiency, etc, Kunming Regional Railway Administration has set up a freight center and a dispatching center, and will go on to carry out integrated reform of freight organization. Aiming at business process of freight center, combing with strategy objective of general planning of China Railway information construction, this dissertation demonstrated necessary to develop Assistant Decision-making Support System of railway freight center, and further researched theory and method to system development.Construction plan of data warehouse of railway freight center is researched in this dissertation. Through analyzing business process of freight center, this dissertation identified data sources needed to be integrated, and applied proper way of data integration to carry out dynamic management of information. And according to this, achieved management to general data, history data, and metadata.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) oriented functional design plan is researched in this dissertation. On the basis of analysis of business process in freight center, according to the guideline of customer service, seven functional modules are designed, and how to achieve functions such as market management, production design, documents management and index analysis is further discussed.更多还原
