电力机车过关节式电分相过电压分析与防护

【摘要】 电气化铁路牵引供电接触网是一种特殊的单相供电网,它每隔30km左右就要设置一个电分相,电分相两端电压相位不同。关节式电分相是一种适应机车高速运行的电分相,但是电力机车在通过关节式电分相时,多次发生过电压,造成车顶保护间隙放电,引起牵引变电所跳闸,严重地影响到电气化铁路的安全运营,因此迫切需要对电力机车通过关节式电分相暂态过程的过电压进行研究。本文首先介绍了电力机车通过关节式电分相过电压的研究现状。然后对电力机车过关节式电分相时的过渡过程进行了理论分析和计算,得出了电力机车过关节式电分相过程中关节式电分相中性线的电压数学表达式。根据牵引变电、牵引供电接触网和关节式电分相中性线的实际参数对电力机车过关节式电分相过程中中性线上的电压进行了工程计算,并对计算结果进行了分析。其次本文对PSCAD/EMTDC的功能进行了简单介绍,利用PSCAD/EMTDC对电力机车过关节式电分相过程建立了仿真模型并进行了仿真,得到了暂态仿真波形,再对波形进行了分析,验证了理论分析和计算的正确性。然后将工程计算和模型仿真的结果与试验测试得到的数据对比,验证了两者的正确性。最后,本文提出了两项减小电力机车过关节式电分相过电压的措施,分别是RC保护装置和MOA防护,然后利用PSCAD/EMTDC对这两种防护方式进行了建模和仿真,仿真结果表明这两种保护方法都能够有效的降低电力机车过关节式电分相过电压。

【Abstract】 The overhead contact system of electric railway is a special single phase powernet work. It must setting phase insulator each 30km, which insulate two different phase. Articulated phase insulator is a new type phase insulator, it is especially suitable for the electric locomotive running in highspeed. But the over-voltages frequently happen at phase insulator of overhead contact system when the electric locomotive runs. They cause the roof protection gap discharge of the electric locomotive and induce tripping operation of the substation. It seriously affects the electric railway’s safe oprations; there is an urgent need for electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator transient process overvoltage research.In the paper, it first introduces the present research conditions of the overvoltage at articulated phase insulator when the electric locomotive passing. Then it analyzes theoretically and computes the transitional course of electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator. It comes off the mathematical formula of the voltage of the the articulated phase insulator’s neutral conductor in the transitional course of electric locomotive passing. According to the real parameter of the traction substation, overhead contact system and the neutral conductor, the paper also does engineering compute of the voltage of the neutral conductor in the electric locomotive passing transitional course and analyzes the copute result.Secondarily, the paper simply introduces the function of the PSCAD/EMTDC software. It uses the PSCAD/EMTDC to do electromagnetic transisent simulation of the voltage of neutral conductor in the transisentional course of the electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator , gains the transisent simulation waveforms and analyzes them,then tests and verifies the theoretical analysis and compute. The experimental results indicate the theoretical analysis and the simulations are right for the transitional course of electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator.Finally, the paper presents several measures of reducing the over voltage of the neutral conductor in the transisental course of the electric locomotive passing the articulated phase insulator, including the RC protective installation and MOA protective pattern, then uses the PSCAD/EMTDC to build model and simulate the protect effect of the RC protective installation and MOA protective pattern. Finally reaches the conclusion that the two protective patterns both can decrease the overvoltage of the neutral conductor.
