供应链中合作机制的经济学解释

【摘要】 随着供应链管理研究的不断深入,供应链企业之间的合作关系越来越受到人们的重视。本文以供应链中的合作模式为主线,从供应链的合作模式、经济模型及知识合作等方面入手,对供应链合作中的博弈等问题从经济学的角度进行了具体研究,并力求在思路与方法上有所改进。本文分析了供应链合作模式研究的重要性,研究了供应链中制造商与供应商以及制造商与分销商之间的合作模式,并总结了它们的特点。在此基础上,本文选取了供应链合作机制的经济模型及供应链中的知识合作作为进一步研究的内容。本文重点在于对供应链及企业间合作机制进行初步探讨,并借助于状态空间模型化方法与分布函数的参数化方法建立的模型,引入到供应链企业合作协调机制的研究中,这有助于深入理解供应链企业合作的本质,从而有助于深入理解供应链管理思想的精髓,为进一步进行合作伙伴的选择打下理论基础,从而为依靠供应链合作伙伴关系的改善而实现的供应链效率的提高提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 We have attached great importance to the cooperation relationship of the enterprises in supply chain along with the deep research of supply chain management. The cooperation mode is the masterstroke of this thesis,beginning with the cooperation mode in supply chain ,economic model and knowledge cooperation, and this article has researched the game theory in the cooperation of supply chain from the economic point,which strives for the breakthrough in the thinking and methods.This thesis has analysed the importance of the research of cooperation mode in supply chain,the cooperation between manufacturers with suppliers and manufacturers with retailers ,and summarized their characteristics. Based on this ,this article selects the economic model in the cooperation of supply chain and the knowledge cooperation as the next research point.This thesis mainly discusses how to enhance the efficiency of supply chain management from supply chain partnership. It abstracts cooperation mechanisms to principle-agent models with state-space formulation and parameterized distribution formulation in order to make the statement clear and concise. According to the models, it points out that the reason for low efficiency of supply chain management lies in asymmetric information, then concluding that information sharing is the effective way to improve supply chain partnership and enhance the efficiency of supply chain.
