瞬态电流电压测量值的补偿

【摘要】 变电站内的电磁干扰问题日益严重,电磁兼容问题日益突出。特别是高压开关操作产生的电磁脉冲,具有幅值高、频带宽的特点,极易对二次设备的运行产生不良影响。本文针对国内现有的测量装置对瞬态电流和电压测量数据不准确的现状,研究了国内西北核技术研究所和美国皮尔森公司研制的Rogowski线圈电流测量系统及自己设计制作的1000/1的电阻分压器的频率特性。针对高频情况下,传输特性难以直接测量的问题,提出了利用信号发生器和数字存储示波器,进行测量的数字测量法。应用电磁场的原理,分析了测量数据误差产生的原因,并在频域下对数据进行了补偿,提高了测量数据的准确度。
【Abstract】 In substations, the Electromagnetic Interference has becoming a severe problem. So Electromagnetic Compatibility is standing out day and day. Especially the transient electromagnetic pulses, which arise from the operating of the high voltage switches, have the characteristics of high amplitude and wide frequency band. These pulses bring out bad effect to the secondary equipments easily. In view of the inaccutate transient current and voltage measurment data using domestic equipment in the present, the paper has studied the frequency characteristics of the Rogowski coil which are developed by the northwest nuclear technology research institute and American Pearson Company, and the 1000/1 resistance voltage divider. The transmission characteristic is difficultly to be measured in the high frequency situation. The paper has proposed digital measurement method with the signal generating device and the digital storage oscilloscope. With the application of electromagnetic field principle, the paper has analyzed the reason which produces the error, and has carried on the compensation under the frequency range to the measurement data. The method improves the accuracy of the measurement data.
