【摘要】 1990年代以后，上海加快了城市建设的步伐，中心城旧区的更新及城市向外缘的扩张都大规模展开。与这两方面宏观进程相伴随的是，市中心的大批中下层居民被动迁到郊区，他们主要居住在由政府规划建设的大型动迁安置基地。这些安置基地建设规模大、涉及人数多、对动迁居民生活的影响大，其中反映了这一时期城市发展、建设过程中的一些共同特征与问题。本研究试图展开的是，以“空间生产”的理论视角，通过对动迁安置基地建设进程的审视，来探寻生产出这种大型居住空间的社会、政治逻辑。本文关注的是动迁安置基地这种城市空间的整个生产进程，其中，又特别关注政治的运作过程及居民生活的改变。本文力求在空间与时间的双重架构之下展开论述。一是对上海市的相关宏观状况如住宅、人口等内容作了文字和图表的介绍；二是在第二章当中，对90年代以来动迁安置基地建设的发生背景，即20世纪上海住宅建设的历史脉络进行了梳理。第三章到第六章重点探讨了在空间生产过程当中，相关各主要的社会角色，政府、房产开发商、居民及住宅规划师、建筑师，他们各自的角色、所发挥的作用、相互之间的关系。第三章讨论了政府在城市动迁、居民安置过程中，房产商在参与安置基地开发建设过程中各自的动力取向、实际作为，以及相互间的关联。第四章讨论了中心城区旧区居民在动迁过程中的权利境况、居住空间改变和生活重建。第五章主要以个案入手，并借鉴“过程—事件”的分析方法对典型、重要的动迁事件进行了细致的观察、审视，讨论了郊区征地农民、外来务工人员如何应对安置基地建设及整个郊区城市化所带来的冲击。第六章以一个建成小区为例，讨论规划、建筑师在空间生产过程中的作用。同时，也将结合分析居民入住安置小区之后，对居住空间的再生产过程。第七章对全文进行了总结、讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990’s, Shanghai speeds up its city construction, including both old urban blocks’ renewal and city area’s expansion. Under the background of Shanghai’s city development, several large-scaled allocating housing communities have been established in the suburban Shanghai and lots of citizens who used to live in the urban area have been removed into these new housings. With the theory of production of space, this paper intents to explore the social and political rules of the establishment of the large-scaled housing space by observing the whole process of the communities’ construction. This paper, first of all, introduces the history of city housing construction in Shanghai in 20^th century. Then, the author pays much more attention to explore how the main social roles, such as the government, real estate developers, removed citizens and communities architectures, play and affect one another in the housing communities’ construction. The exploration is concerned about how governments’ power runs and realizes, how the citizens’ life changes, and how the western city development thought and methods are localized in China.更多还原
