基于证据推理的网上评教研究与开发
Study and Development of Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness Based on Evidential Reasoning Theory on the Net

【摘要】 如何提高大学教学质量已成为高校教育工作者普遍关注的课题。开展“学生评教”工作,有利于学校领导和教学管理部门全面、准确地掌握教学信息,强化教学管理,提高教学管理的科学决策水平。“学生评教”有助于教师及时获得大量的反馈信息,了解自己的教学情况,从而不断充实、调整教学内容,改进教学方法,提高教学质量。学生评教的具体实施包括多个环节,如评教采用的方法、评教指标体系设计、具体施测、测评统计、测评结果的使用等方面。针对学生评教的每一个环节,都应进行科学的分析研究,查找其影响测评结果的因素,并制定相应的措施以保证测评结果客观、准确,能真实反映教学中的一些问题,让教师和教学管理者及时了解情况,在教学实践中加以改进,提高教学质量。证据推理方法是一种研究认识不确定性问题的方法,它用取值在单位区间(0,1)中的信度函数与似然函数两个数值组成的区间表示决策者在给定的证据下对假设或命题的信度,并用Dempster规则对不同证据产生的信息进行组合得出对命题的判断。近年来,越来越多的高校把网上评教作为提高教学质量的一项重要措施,同时也在不断地研究改进各个评教环节,寻求科学的测评统计方法,以准确地反映教学问题。本文将证据推理方法应用到学生评教中,并以证据推理作为测评统计方法开发了网上评教系统。
【Abstract】 How to improve teaching effectiveness has been paid more and more attention by higher education operators. Students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness can help leaderships of school and teaching managers knowing teaching informations roundly and exactly, strengthening teaching administration and improving decision-making. It also can help teachers getting more feedbacks from students, and can let teachers adjust teaching matters and mend teaching methods to improve teaching effectiveness.The execution of students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness is composed of several factors, such as the method used in students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness, the guide line design of students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness, how to execute the evaluations, how to deal with the evaluation informations, and how to use the evaluation results, etc. It needs to analyze every process of students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness logically and find out the factors that impact the evaluation results. It is also necessary to make reasonable measures to ensure that the evaluation results can discover problems of teaching activities impersonally, accurately and really.Evidential reasoning approach is used to solve uncertain problems. It usually forms belief functions and plausibility functions that their values are between zero and one according to evidences. The value between belief function and plausibility function denote the degree of belief of a hypothesis or a problem according to given evidences. We can draw a judgement of a problem by using Dempster rule to combine different evidences.Recent years, more and more higher education colleges regard students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness as one of the important measures to improve teaching quality. They has been mending every process of students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness and selecting logical methods that deal with evaluation information to discover problems of teaching activities well and truly. This thesis discusses how to combine evidential reasoning approach with students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness. Then a system of students’ evaluations of teaching effectiveness on the net is developed according to it.
