基于GSM的水位测量与水量控制系统研究

【摘要】 随着现代科学技术的发展,特别是信息技术、自动化技术的发展,农业灌溉的自动化管理成为一个重要的研究应用方向。促进传统灌溉管理模式向自动化管理模式发展,能够节约宝贵的水资源,加快实现我国农业的现代化。水渠水位测量具有测点多而分散的特点,传统的水渠水位测报采用人工检测的方法获取水位数据,整个测量过程繁琐、费时、而且易受人为因素影响。为了向水位监测中心提供精确、及时的水位检测数据,论文设计了一种基于GSM网络和ADAM-5510M实现水渠水位远程自动测控的系统。文中具体给出了系统结构、工作原理,讨论了系统的整体构成及传感器的优化选择;介绍了下位机硬件、软件的设计与开发,上位机的管理系统的开发;论述了利用GSM短消息实现远程通信的原理、方法。针对水量控制系统具有非线性、时变性以及不确定性的特点,本文充分利用了模糊控制不要求建立被控对象的精确数学模型和PID控制精度高的特点,将PID控制和模糊控制相结合,构成一种模糊自整定PID算法,应用在水量控制系统中,试验结果说明,该算法具有超调量小、稳定性好、响应速度快的特点。克服了传统方式中,对水量的控制完全依靠操作人员的经验,调节费时、费力且精度不高的难题。实践表明,系统精确性高、稳定性好,控制效果理想。目前,该技术已部分应用于甘肃省张掖市,成功的实现了水位信息的自动采集、存储、远程通信及实时查询,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 With the development of high and new technology, especially the information technique and digitization technology, it is possible to supervise control and manage agricultural water resources to promote the development from conventional irrigation management pattern to automatic management pattern.The construction of this system will make the management of agricultural water resources great change.There are always lots of scattered stations to be measured during the process of penstock level measurement. In the traditional penstock level measurement and transmission system, data of water level is measured by hand, which usually take more time and are easily influenced by human factor. In order to supply accurate and timely water level information, this paper brings forward a project based on ADAM-5510M and GSM network that can realize long-distance automatic observe and control of water level information. In this paper, the construction and work principle of system are shown in the paper, and concrete method of realizing the telecommunication by GSM is discussed in detail. The structure of the system and the choice of strobe-level sensor are discussed in the thesis .The design of hardware and software of single-chip microcomputer system is introduced, along with the way of using a single-chip microcomputer to control a modem in detail.Our focus is to introduce the way to control sluice gate by ADAM-5510M, and realize the automatic control to sluice gate by fuzzy PID control technology, according to the real-time change of water level information. Fuzzy PID strategy is applied in the gate control.At present, this technology has been applied to the penstock level supervision and measurement system. and the automatic collection、 storage、 telecommunication and real time demand of penstock level information have been realized successfully. The gate can also be controlled automatically according to the water information. It is improved that the system are great on robustness and stability, and its control effect is up to much.
