轴承内外套圈自动检测与分级设备的研究

【摘要】 为了改变我国轴承生产中检测的落后现状,本文在总结国内外圆度测量技术的基础上,研究设计了基于V形块三点圆度解析测量法及LabVIEW软件平台的在线式轴承内外套圈自动检测与分级设备。该设备采用最新的激光位移传感器及自行设计的可调整V形铁、气体膨胀芯轴等,实现了非接触高精度测量。本文的具体研究内容如下:1.分析了轴承套圈的检测项目,确定了以圆度误差作为轴承套圈检测和分级的依据。研究了圆度检测的理论,选择了以V形块三点圆度解析测量法为测量的理论依据,对其进行了详细阐述,并编写了LabVIEW程序。这种方法比以往的傅立叶级数展开的方法更易实现软件编程。2.对检测及分级系统的搭建过程进行了详细介绍。以工业控制计算机为控制主机,选择了运动控制卡和智能型激光位移传感器,组成了测量控制系统。设备的机械系统采用了可调整结构,能自动检测外径为60~120mm的轴承套圈,并实现自动分级。轴承套圈的传送和夹紧定位工作靠可调节气缸来完成,它不仅克服了使用油缸带来的污染,而且便于调节,可以在满足系统稳定性的前提下减少非测量环节的时间,充分提高系统的检测效率。为了克服以往类似装置在轴承套圈定位和套圈旋转上的缺陷,提出了以弹性摩擦轮夹紧,气压膨胀心轴为旋转主动件的方案,并从理论和机械设计上进行了详细的说明。3.对检测系统的各项误差进行了分析,并对研究工作进行了总结和展望。系统的开放性使得该设备不仅具有工程应用价值,而且可进一步对圆度误差进行深入的理论研究,其扩展功能的实现只需要对其控制软件进行修改即可。

【Abstract】 A set of automatic device of detecting and grading system of bearing inner and outer rings based on V-block three-point method and labview software had been designed to improve traditional bearing detection mode. The device use a new linear laser micro-displacement non-contact measurement sensor and can measure roundness of cylindrical workpiece with high precision. The main contents of the study as follows.1. The items for test bearing rings was analyzed, roundness error was determined for bearing rings testing and grading. The V-block three-point method for roundness measurement was chose and introduced in detail . The program based on V-block three-point method is easier to write than the conventional analysis scheme based on Fourier transformation.2.The construction of testing and grading system are described in detail. Measurement and control system are made up of the control host computer, motion control card and intelligent laser micro-displacement sensor. Adjustable Mechanical system can measure bearing rings with 60-120mm outer diameter and be automatic grading. The orientation and transmission of bearing ring depend on adjustable cylinder which improved the testing efficiency of the system greatly because of its adjustability, low pollution, few non-measuement time. However, there are still some drawbacks on bearing ring orienting and rotating. So, a schedule which the bearing ring clamped with elastic friction gear and the baric expanding arbor adopted as driving link was given, then, a detailed theoretical and mechanical design introduction about the above schedule was described. Also, the factors which resulted in measure error was analyzed.3.In the last chapter, the study contents and conclusions of the dissertation have been summarized and the further works have been forecasted. With open system, the device would contribute to engineering application and theoretical study of roundness error. Expanding function of this device can be carried out only by modifying control software.
