输送带在线动态实时称重系统的研究

【摘要】 生产、建设、运输、贸易、科技和日常生活都离不开称重。随着工业自动化和管理现代化的进展,称重方式由传统的杠杆式机械称量发展到数字式智能称量,尤其是动态称重有了很大发展。但是,我国在输送带动态称重这方面的产品少且功能不齐全,所以改善现有称重装置、开发研究功能齐全的动态称重系统是势在必行的。本文论述了一套独立设计的基于LabVIEW的新型的输送带在线动态实时称重系统,称重部分的整体机构和称重方法作了重大的创新,其中相对固定的输送带部分使物料对输送带的冲击有一定的缓冲,提高了测量的准确和稳定性,而且机构设计简单,传感器安装方便,软件编程开发周期短,适用于大量物料输送带传输过程中的动态实时测量。本文首先就输送带在线动态实时称重系统的整体结构、系统模型及其工作原理进行理论分析;然后具体提出了该系统的硬件和软件的设计,以及数据处理的算法和其软件程序的设计。整个系统实现了利用称重传感器进行称重数据的采集并利用软件完成称重数据的滤波、计算和显示等功能。硬件部分着重介绍称重传感器、驱动电机和数据采集系统。在测量数据的处理上应用了参数辨识和数值积分两种方法相结合。该系统利用目前广泛应用的图形化语言编程的测试软件LabVIEW进行数据的处理、显示和相关的功能实现。最后,提出系统的误差来源和改进方法,为以后系统的改进提供很好的经验。本文设计的输送带在线动态实时称重系统与传统称重装置相比具有测量速度快、准确度高、安装调试方便及易实现智能化控制等优点,使其在其它同类产品中具有更广阔的市场潜力。
【Abstract】 Produce, build, transport, trade, science and technology and daily life can not be imagined without weighing. With the progress of the industrial automation and modernization of management, the way of weighing has changed from traditional lever machinery type to digital intelligence weighing; especially the fast dynamic weighing has substaintially developed. However, our country little complete function products, improve existing to weigh device, develop and study multiple functional dynamic weighing system is imperative.This article elaborated a set of new dynamic weighing system of conveyer belt designed independently based on LabVIEW. The overall organizations of the weighing part and the weighing method have made the significant innovation, relatively fixed transmission conveyer belt part had the certain cushion to the material impact function, enhanced the survey accurate and the stability, moreover, the organization was designed simple, the sensor installment was convenient. So this system is suitable in the real-time measurement on the massive materials transmission by conveyer belt.This article has made the theoretical analysis on the construction of the dynamic weighing system, the system model and its principle of work firstly. Then it has specifically analyzed the hardware and the software design, as well as data processing algorithm and its software procedure design. This system could realize the data gathering through the weighing sensor and complete the data processing and the demonstration and so on based on the software. The part of hardware emphatically introduced the weighing sensor, the electrical machinery and the data acquisition system. We applied the system parameters’ estimation and product divides two methods to recognize the data processing. The system software is LabVIEW, which has widespread application present as test software based on the graph language programming. This software can take thedemonstration and the correlation function realization easily. Finally, we correctly analyzed the error source of the system and gave the means of improvement. This will improve the system for later and provide the very good experience.Compared with the traditional weighing system, this weighing system has the quicker speed and the higher accuracy precision. It’s installing and debugging are more convenient.It is also easier to realize the intelligent control. These advantages make it have wider market potentials.
