环境参数监测系统研制

【摘要】 在实际工业生产过程中,环境监控是最重要一个课题之一。准确获取系统的环境参数,有助于对设备仪器工作状态进行监控;并可通过修正的方法,对由于温度、湿度造成的系统的性能的恶化进行补偿,从而保证设备仪器的性能稳定以及可靠性。本论文针对这一目标,设计一个多路温度、湿度参数的综合性检测系统,实现对具体应用仪器光纤陀螺仪的温度湿度检测。在本文中,先分析了现有的几种不同的温度、湿度测试方法,并在对比各种不同方法的优缺点的基础上,考虑应用系统本身测试要求以及精度速度等指标要求,选择数字温度计DS18B20、数字式湿度计SHT11作为本系统的传感器,以MSC1211作为主芯片;在选型的基础上设计了硬件系统以及相应的检测系统,通过综合调试,实现系统的测试功能;利用精密温控温箱对系统进行标定,实验结果表面系统的各个性能指标满足预期设计指标要求,完成了预定目标;最终根据制作的综合测试系统,进行光纤陀螺仪的温度性能修正实验,实验结果证明了利用该综合测试仪对光纤陀螺仪的温度测试,以温度作为一个修正参数,可以很好的消除陀螺的温度灵敏性,提高光纤陀螺仪的温度性能。
【Abstract】 Detecting and controlling the environment’s parameter is an important task in practical industrial manufacture process. Obtaining these parameter correctly can help us to gain the instrument’s state. And that we can use some theory to fix the error caused by the temperature and the humidity. It can improve the instrument’s performance.For this aim, we designed a multi-thermometer and hygrometer synthesized system. In this project, we use this system to measure the FOG’s(Fiber-Optical gyro) surroundings temperature and humidity. This paper first analyzed some kinds of method about testing the temperature and the humidity. Then balance the different method’s disadvantages, advantages, and the using system’s meterage requirement about the precision, testing rate, and so on. And then choosing the digital thermometer 18B20, and digital hygrometer SHT11 as the system’s sensors. And set the TI’s MCU, MSC1211, as main processor. Based on this work, designed a hardware circuit. This circuit can achieve the testing function. We use the temperature chest to demarcate the system.The experiment result shows that this system can touch the target that present in the design requirement. At the last of the paper, we use this system to get the FOG’s environment temperature and fix the excursion that caused by temperature. The result shows that this multi-thermometer and hygrometer synthesized system can weaken the FOG’s temperature sensitive.
