XML技术在基于Web的注塑模具零件库设计与产品数据管理中的若干应用

【摘要】 经济全球化和制造业信息化正推动着传统的产品与生产活动逐步向网络化、协同化方向发展。面向解决在全球范围内实现制造资源的共享及协同设计的需要,本文以宁波市科技局工业科研攻关项目—“基于知识工程的塑料模具快速设计系统”为延伸,以某国家大型制造企业“基于Teamcenter的产品数据管理系统”开发和实施为背景,针对基于Web的注塑模具零件库以及基于PDM平台的企业信息集成展开了研究,探讨了以XML为支撑的网络零件库构建若干关键技术。同时,针对制造企业信息集成的要求,研究了XML技术在基于PDM平台的企业信息集成中的应用。本文主要的研究内容有以下几个方面:1、针对注塑模具产品在全生命周期管理中遇到的数据交换与共享问题,总结分析了国内外在产品数据交换领域的相关研究成果及发展趋势,深入研究了产品数据的STEP描述和XML描述方法,研究建立了EXPRESS与XML之间的映射机制,提出了基于STEP/XML映射的产品全生命周期模型。2、针对模具零件库信息面向网络共享的需要以及零件库扩充的问题,研究探讨了基于Web的零件库构建中参数化建模、零件参数信息建模、零件库扩充及CAD系统开发接口等若干关键技术,提出了基于XML的零部件参数信息模型,构建了基于Web的动态扩充零件库基本框架,并详细阐述了网络参数驱动建模和零件库扩充的过程。3、分析了企业统一的信息管理平台PDM集成设计环境下,企业应用软件与PDM系统集成程度的不足,以AutoCAD为例,提出以XML作为中间文件实现PDM系统与AutoCAD更加紧密的集成。并以此为扩展,论述了以XML实现基于产品数据管理系统集成的方法。
【Abstract】 This paper is based on the program which name is "Teamcenter Based Product Data Management (PDM) System Implement and Development" and as an extension of the Key Industry Research program of the Science and Technology Bureau of Ningbo City, which name is "Knowledge Engineering based Injection Mold Rapid Design System". This paper mainly research on the applications of XML technology on product data sharing and exchange, construction of Web-based injection mold parts library and product data management, and propose a model of part parameter information based on XML, construct a part library system platform with dynamic expansion based on XML technology. Meanwhile, aiming at the requirement of information integration from manufacture enterprise, research on application of the information integration based on product data management with XML technology. The main tasks of research are as following:1、Aiming at overcoming the problem of product data exchange and sharing which is met in injection mold design, Some relate study results and trend in CAD product data exchange from home and abroad are analyzed, and also the description method with STEP and XML are studied. A method of mapping between EXPRESS and XML is put forward through researching the feasibility using XML describing product data structure.2、Aiming at overcoming the problems of sharing part library information on the network and expanding the part library, the key technology of construction of web-based part library is studied, for example, the technology of parameter-driven modeling, parts information saving, part library expansion and CAD system secondary development interface. A parameter information model of part based on XML is proposed. And a whole framework of dynamic expansion part library is constructed, and the process of internet parameter driven modeling and the principle of expanding part library are described in detail.3、The integration and encapsulation method of many kinds of software tools used in enterprise is analyzed under PDM environment. Taking AutoCAD as a example, a method of realizing no-gap integration between PDM and AutoCAD using XML as mid-interface is put forward . And as an expansion, the method of realizing integration based on PDM using XML is studied.
