北京地区钢结构组合式种子常温库房热湿环境研究

【摘要】 由于种子产业现代化的发展,我国近年来兴建了一种贮藏大量生产用种的钢结构组合式种子库房。但该类种子库房在建设的过程中并没有相应的建设标准,它能否为种子提供安全渡夏的贮藏环境条件,以及能否防止冬季的低温和骤冻对种子的危害没有依据。因此本文对钢结构组合式种子常温库房贮藏环境进行了理论和试验的系统研究,分析了库房环境条件的影响因素,在此基础上进行了库房建筑结构参数的优化,以期为该类种子库房的建设提供依据。1.本文根据传热学原理,针对钢结构组合式种子常温库房,建立了非稳态围护结构热平衡数学模型,编制了钢结构组合式种子常温库房热平衡的动态模拟程序,对模型进行了验证。利用该模型可以模拟库房内气温及围护结构内表面温度逐时变化。2.在夏季高温高湿季节,通过对试验库房的夏季试验,认为库内气温(最高日平均气温25.8℃)高于种子安全贮藏的温度(25℃);库内空气相对湿度(74%)高于种子安全贮藏的相对湿度(65%)。3.通过对试验库房的冬季试验,认为该库房能防止冬季的低温和骤冻对种子的危害。4.利用模型对该类库房的库内环境进行分析,对围护结构的隔热性能、顶棚的设置、库房高度、墙体位置对库内温度的影响进行了研究。

【Abstract】 With the development of the modern seed industry, a new type of seed storehouse, which can store a large number of seed, called normal temperature steel-structure seed storehouse, was built. But there are no relevant standards to tell us how to build this storehouse, and we don’t know the environment inside the built storehouse is safe enough for the seed to get through the hot summer, or to prevent the hurt of the low temperature and the quencher. In this paper, the research of the environment of this normal temperature storehouse is concerned, the factors that can infect the environment inside the storehouse are analyzed, and furthermore, optimizing of the structure of the storehouse was referred.1. For the normal temperature steel-structure seed storehouse, this paper sets up an unsteady state heat-transferring mathematical model. And compile a dynamic simulation proTabm for this storehouse. Using this model we can simulate the temperature inside the storehouse and the temperature of the inner side of the walls and roof.2. In the heat summer, through the test for the storehouse, we can declare that the temperature(25.8℃) and relative humidity(74%) inside it is a little higher than the safe standard(25 ℃ and 65%).3. Through the test in the winter, we can say this storehouse can prevent the seed from the hurt of the low temperature and the quencher.4. By using the model set up in this paper, the environment inside the storehouse is analyzed. And the influence of temperature inside the storehouse caused by the heat insulation of the walls, canopy, height of the storehouse, position of the walls are considered.
