【摘要】 土地利用变化是全球环境变化的重要组成部分和主要原因之一,进入新世纪以来,土地利用变化研究一直是地理相关学科研究的前沿与热点,而土地利用又受到众多方面因素的支配。随着社会经济的持续快速发展和工业化、城区化进程的加快,土地利用变化问题更加显得尖锐而突出,如土地利用矛盾加剧,土地利用结构不尽合理,土地污染严重,土地利用率降低等,严重影响社会经济与生态环境的协调发展。土地利用变化一般反映的是土地利用方式的改变,而不同区域的土地利用变化在数量、强度、结构和趋势等方面都存在着许多差异,对区域环境变化会产生直接或间接的影响,被认为是引起生态环境变化的主要原因。本文以密云县为例,利用土地生态学和生态经济学理论和可持续发展的思想,在地理信息系统技术的支持下,利用县、乡镇级行政单元为数据统计单元,根据土地利用相关资料、图件,结合实地考察,分析评价土地利用情况,并从土地资源利用时空动态变化入手,依据土地利用动态变化模型,分析1997～2004年间土地利用数量变化、土地利用结构空间变化、土地利用程度变化、土地利用变化的区域差异等动态变化特征,揭示本区土地利用变化规律,根据密云县土地利用变化特点,结合前人的研究经验,结合有关部门专家的意见完成对指标的筛选,分析土地利用变化对生态环境情况的影响。最后,在对土地利用变化及驱动力分析的基础上,对土地资源的可持续利用进行了政策方面的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land use change is an important part of global environmental change, and one of the major reasons. Since the beginning of the new century, Land use change research has been in the forefront of research and geographic related disciplines hot. The environment change one of the important reasons is caused by land use, but the Land use is limited by many factors dominating, so research the landuse change and the relationship between the driving force.Develop and the industrialization, urbanized advancement speeding up, the land utilization change question incisive but prominent, like the land utilization contradictory intensifies, the land utilization structure is incompatible, the land pollution is serious, the land-use capability falls low status, seriously affects the Miyun county social economy and the ecological environment developmentLand use change reflect the developing trend in how to choose the way of using land. The variations in using land among various districts make great difference in many aspects such as quantity, structure, trend and soon, as a result they produce direct or indirect effect on regional environment change, which is regarded as the main reason causing regional environment change.This article take the Miyun county as the example, the use land ecology and the econology theory and the sustainable development thought, in under the geographic information system technology support,area,town the administration unit for the data statistics unit, according to the land utilization correlation data, the graphic document, the union on-the-spot investigation, the analysis appraisal land utilization situation, and obtains from the land resource using the space and time dynamic change, the basis land utilization dynamic change model, from the many analytic hierarchy during 1997-2004 year the land utilization quantity change, the land utilization structure spatial variation, the land utilization degree change, the land utilization change region difference and so on the dynamic change characteristic, promulgates the home court land utilization change rule, The analysis land utilization change to the ecology healthy situation influence, finally acts according to the Miyun county land utilization change characteristic, proposes the Miyun county land resource sustainable use countermeasure and the measure, bring forward advices and countermeasures.End,in analysis,keep the land-use change and the driving force on the basis of the on the sustainable use of land resources policy studies.更多还原
