地板导热规律分析仪的研究

【摘要】 近年来,地板采暖作为一种新的技术,正越来越普及。地板采暖具有热辐射性能优良、表面温度分布比较均匀,同时兼具了美观、大方等特点。北京市政府已把推行地热采暖列为治理首都城市污染的措施之一,国家也大力倡导人们使用地板采暖的方式来进行供暖。本论文根据采暖地板的特点,通过模拟地板采暖的环境,设计开发了地板导热规律分析仪。主要研究内容有:1.基于积分分离PID的温度控制算法。2.分析仪监控系统的开发。本监控系统由温度控制子系统、实时监控子系统,数据库子系统、分时采样子系统、数据建模子系统、历史数据分析子系统组成,实现了计算机实时监测与控制。3.地板导热规律数学模型的建立。根据实验中获得的测试数据,利用曲线拟合和广义回归神经网络两种不同方法建立起地板导热规律的数学模型,并且达到理想的逼近精度。通过实践证明,该分析仪具有响应速度快,控制精度高,实时性强,使用范围广,操作灵活简便等特点。计算机辅助系统具有良好的人机交互界面,并能根据实验数据完全多方面地模拟整个测试过程。本论文所提出的地板导热性能的分析方法和测试装置,目前在国内外尚未见报道。该导热规律分析仪的研发成功将为采暖地板导热性能的检测标准的建立提供有力的科学依据及研究方法。

【Abstract】 In recent years, as a kind of new technology, floor heating is becoming more and more popular. It has many advantages such as being of good performance on heating radiant, with more uniform surface temperature, beautiful and generous. Beijing government has taken floor heating as one of measures to eliminate city’s pollution, while states strongly advocated the use of floor heting.According to the characteristic of the heating floor, this thesis have designed and developed the analysis device for thermal conductivity of floor through imitating the environment of floor heating. Its main research contents includes1. Temperature control based on integral separating PID control.2. Development of monitoring system for analysis device. The monitoring system was composed of temperature control sub-system, real-time monitoring sub-system, database sub-system, time-sharing collection sub-system, data modeling sub-system, historical data analysis sub-system, which was real-time monitored and under control by computer.3. Setting up the mathematics model of thermal conductivity of floor. According to the testing data got from experiment, the mathematics model of thermal conductivity of floor was set up and reached ideal approaching precision using curve fitting and GRNN (generalized regression neural network).According to practice use, it is well established for its fast speed of response, higher precision, wide range, and powerful capability of real-time and flexible operations. Its CAD system has a fine man-machine interface. The system can completely and variously simulate the testing process according to the testing data.There is no report about the testing device and analysis method for thermal conductivity of floor mentioned in this thesis. The device will provide effective scientific basis and research method for the measuring standard of thermal conductivity of heating floor.
