阻力仪在古建筑木构件勘查中的应用研究

【摘要】 阻力仪因其便携性强、检测范围宽、准确度高和操作简单的优点已成为古建木构件勘查中最有效的检测设备。深入研究影响阻力仪检测值的各个因子,以及形成完善的阻力仪检测方法对古建木构件的勘查非常重要。本论文分别对新鲜落叶松、新鲜毛白杨、新鲜杉木、旧落叶松、旧红松和旧楠木制作的试样进行了密度、含水率和阻力检测试验,得出了年代、密度、含水率和树种对阻力仪检测值的影响。试验结果表明:年代对阻力检测值的影响不显著;密度对阻力检测值的影响非常显著;含水率对阻力检测值的影响未找到相应的规律;树种对阻力检测值有一定影响,但相比密度,影响不显著。另外,本论文详细阐述了如何运用阻力检测值和阻力图形对现场木构件勘查进行判断。其中,介绍了运用阻力仪检测值和阻力曲线进行木构件密度估计(从而估计其材质状况)、大直径立柱包镶定位、木构件腐朽和空洞位置及区域判定、木构件虫孔和裂缝情况判断以及所检测的古建中常用树种的初步区分等。还详细介绍了在使用阻力仪进行现场勘查时,所要注意的现场情况处理、阻力曲线判断和最终结果的处理。
【Abstract】 Resistograph is portable and simple to operate, and has high checking scale and veracity, which has made it be the most effective equipment to check the wood component of the ancient architecture. It is very important and necessary to research in-depth how the factors to influence the result of resistograph, and to form a full resistograph testing technique for the checking of the wood component of the ancient architecture.Density,moisture and resistance of the samples of new Korean Iarch,new Chinese white poplar,new common China-fir,old Korean larch,old Korean pine and old machilus were tested in this paper, and time,density,moisture and species influencing the results of resistograph are received. The results of the experiment indicates: time does not influence the result of resistograph obviously; density influences the result of resistograph obviously, the rules that moistrue influences the result of resistograph have never been founded; the species influence the result of resistograph, comparing denstiy, however, it do not influence the result of resistograph obviously.Besides, this paper described detailed how to use the results and the profile of resistograph to check wood component of ancient architecture in the open air,including of estimating density of wood component, bundle orientaion of the big diameter pilar, judgement of hollow position and rotted areas, judgement of wormhole and crack of wood compoment and primary differentiation of common used species in ancient architecture etc. This paper also introduced how to deal with the circumstance and how to use the results of resistograph in every checking and how to treat with the last results.[fig. 35,tab.19,ref. 58, for. 2]
