大花蕙兰氮素营养研究

【摘要】 本文通过单因素六水平盆栽试验,深入研究了氮素营养对大花蕙兰‘粉梦露’和‘幻影’生长和开花的影响,对不同器官的各种养分含量进行了分析,并对‘粉梦露’一年苗的肥料吸收量进行了分析和计算,主要研究结论如下:1、通过试验结果分析认为,‘粉梦露’和‘幻影’的一年苗均以180mg╱株·月施肥量的植株表现最佳,这时的叶片生长速度、新根数量、SPAD值和光合速率都表现比较好,并且,侧芽数比较多,‘粉梦露’一年苗的干物质重也比较高。2、270mg╱株·月施肥量时,‘粉梦露’和‘幻影’二年苗的营养生长综合指标比较高,叶片生长速度、SPAD值和光合速率表现出了最佳。但从其开花结果发现,‘粉梦露’180mg╱株·月施肥量的花期、花箭高、花剑数、小花数和小花直径都表现较好,综合指标最优,因此‘粉梦露’二年苗的建议施肥量为180mg/株·月;‘幻影’二年苗的开花各项指标90m∥株·月施肥量达到最优,因此,‘幻影’二年苗的建议施肥量为90mg╱株·月。3、‘粉梦露’二年苗花芽分化期的叶片全氮含量2.17%可以作为营养诊断的参考值;叶片中全氮含量为2.37%可以作为一年苗营养诊断指标的参考值;4、‘粉梦露’一年苗氮肥的年吸收量因氮肥的施用量的不同而不同,最适施肥量180mg╱株·月的吸收量为4.15g/株·年,氮肥的吸收利用率也比较高,为78%。

【Abstract】 Based on the pot culture experiments of the single-factor and six level nitrogen fertilizer, the influence of nitrogen nutrition to Cymbidium. Marilyn ’Monroe’ and Cymbidium. Walu ’ Idol’ s growing and blooming was studied in this paper, the nutrient content of different organs of Cymbidium varities was analyzed, and the fertilizer sorption amounts of the C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ s one-year-old seedings were analyzed and calculated. Main conclusion of this study was as follows:1. The expriments’ results indicated that: the optimum amounts of fertilizing of one-year-old seedings of C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ and C. Walu ’ Idol’ were both 180 mg per strain every month. At this level, the leaf growth speed, new root numbers, SPAD values and photosynthesis velocity of the yearling seeding got better performance, and lateral buds of the yearling seeding were more, dry weight of C. Marilyn ’ Monroe’ s yearling seeding was higher.2. When the fertilizing amounts were 270mg per strain every month, the vegetative growth synthetic index of two-year-old seeding in C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ and C. Walu ’Idol’ was higher, the leaf growth speed, SPAD values and photosynthesis velocity got best performance. But judged from the bloom quality, under the fertilizing amounts of 180 mg per strain every month, C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ ’s blooming period, the height of flower arrow, the numbers of flower arrow, the numbers of little flower and the diameter of little flower got better performance, which was the overall best performance.As results, the fertilizing amounts of two-year-old seeding in C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ were suggested to be 180 mg per strain every month, In order to reach the best level for the blooming index N3 of C. Walu’Idol’ s two-year-old seeding, the fertilizing amounts of two-year-old seeding in C. Walu ’ Idol’ were suggested to be 90 mg per strain every month.3. During the flower bud, the leaf of C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ s two-year-old seeding contained 2.17% of nitrogen , which could be regard as the reference value of nutrition diagnosis. And the total nitrogen amounts of the leaf were 2.37%, which could be regard as the reference value of nutrition diagnosis for the yearling seeding.4. The yearly absorption amounts of the yearling seeding of C.Marilyn ’Monroe’ were different due to the quantity of nitrogenous fertilizer. The absorption amounts under 180mg per strain every month of fertilizing amount were 4.15g per year, and the absorption and utilization in nitrogenous fertilizer were high, which were 78 %.
