【摘要】 非木材林产品利用为山区人口提供了食物、药物来源,对于促进山区居民增收、吸附山区富余劳动力、森林生态系统恢复具有积极作用。作为世界最大的发展中国家,我国山区面积占国土面积2/3,山区经济的发展速度和山区居民收入问题是我国社会经济全面发展的重要组成部分。因而,研究推动非木材林产品资源利用促进我国山区经济发展具有重要的现实意义。本文运用资源经济学、产业经济学、区域经济学和生态经济学相关理论,通过系统探析我国非木材林产品利用现状、存在问题,山区非木材林产品利用环境条件,从理论上揭示非木材林产品利用对山区经济发展的作用。以贡山县为实证研究对象,从实证方面探析了非木林产品利用在山区家庭收入中的作用,以及非木林产品利用活动中存在着诸多问题。文章最后提出了推动山区非木产林产品利用促进山区经济可持续发展的政策建议,以期通过推动非木材林产品的合理利用,为山区经济在新时期寻求新的发展动力,推动山区经济走上可持续发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The use of non-timber forest products play a positive role in providing food and medicines for the poors, increasing the income of mountain residents, transferring surplus labor of mountain areas and restituting forest ecosystems. As the world’s largest developing country, China has two-thirds of mountain areas. The development of economic in mountain areas and the increase of income of mountain residents are important components of comprehensive social and economic development. Currently, how to use NTFP effectively is of great practical significance to promoting China’s economic development in mountain areas.Theories of resource economics, industrial economics, and regional economics are integrated to review the status quo of the use of NTFP, the problems being existed in using NTFP in China, the circumstance of using NTFP in mountain area. And the role of using NTFP on mountain economic development was discussed. Setting Gongshan County as demonstration, it was revealed that the acquisition income of NTFP was a major source of income in the mountain area, but there existed many problems in the activities of using NTFP. Finally, policy recommendations are brought forward to promote the role of the use of NTFP in mountain area sustainable development.更多还原
