林木种质资源特性信息查询平台的研建

【摘要】 为了使林木和花卉种质资源得到更广泛的利用,教育部设立了“国家科技基础条件平台——林木和花卉种质资源标准化整理、整合和共享”课题。在完成林木种质资源标准化整理和整合的基础上,开展林木种质资源共性信息和特性信息查询平台的研建工作。通过共性信息描述和特性信息描述实现林木种质资源信息的高度整合和统一,保证了信息的完整性和可利用性。本文首先介绍了种质资源的相关概念;其次,对适合本系统的软件开发工具进行了对比介绍;在广泛收集林木种质资源特性信息的基础上,对系统的体系结构和功能模块进行了阐述,对数据库和页面进行了设计;最后,以实例说明系统的功能。该系统主要以ASP为开发平台,以SQL Server2000为后台数据库,采用Browser/Server模式,完成两大核心即管理系统和查询系统的构建。该系统一方面能够有效地为林木种质资源信息的保护、保存、评价和利用等服务;另一方面能够为广大科研工作者和用户提供快速准确的查询服务。

【Abstract】 In order to make widely use of the forest and the flowers germplasm resources, The Ministry of Education has set up the topic which is " the national science and technology foundation conditionplatform------the forest and the flowers germplasm resources standardizationre organization, conformityand sharing ". Based on completing the forest germplasm resources standardization reorganization and conformity. The construction of the forest germplasm resources general character information and the characteristic information query platform is developed. Through the description of the general character information and characteristic information, It realized the high conformity and unification of forest germplasm resources information and guaranteed the integrity and utilization.This article firstly introduces the germplasm resources related concept. Secondly, it has compared and introduced some software development tools which fits to be used in this system. It expounds system architecture and function modules, designs the database and user pages, and all of them are based upon the forest germplasm resources characteristic information gathered widely.The system on one hand supply service for Germplasm resource information protecting, saving, evaluating and utilizing. On the other hand,it serves all scientific research operators and users, helping them look up their needed variety information quickly, well and truly.
