论高校知识共享系统

【摘要】 本文在梳理了前人关于知识管理和知识共享理论的基础上，从高校知识共享现状、高校知识共享系统框架及如何构建高校知识共享系统三个方面阐述了高校知识共享系统。主要内容包括：一、高校知识共享现状分析。对当前高校知识共享存在的问题进行了问卷调查。调查数据主要从高校教师对知识共享的了解情况、高校教师参与校际知识交流与共享的范围情况、高校教师之间知识交流与共享情况以及影响高校知识共享的主要因素四方面进行了统计分析，并根据调查结果对现阶段高校知识共享中存在的问题进行了总结。二、高校知识共享系统的框架。高校知识共享系统框架主要包括物理环境、制度环境和人文环境三个纬度。物理环境包括知识共享的校园网络库，仪器设备等方面。制度环境包括知识共享机制和知识产权机制。人文环境包括兼容并包的校园文化和和谐的高校学术氛围。三、高校知识共享系统的构建平台。从物理环境、制度环境和人文环境三个层面入手，搭建了数字化校园，改革组织结构、规范知识产权管理和共同愿景三个操作平台，以此促进高校知识共享系统的构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on knowledge management and knowledge sharing theory, the writer collected former people’s studies, and elaborates University Knowledge Sharing System in three aspects that are status quo of university knowledge sharing, frame of University Knowledge Sharing System, and how do construct university knowledge sharing system. Main contents are as follows.I. Analysis on Status Quo of University Knowledge SharingThe writer takes questionnaire on existing problems of university knowledge sharing. I perform statistical analysis on investigation data that are mainly in four aspects, such as how do university-teachers know knowledge sharing, what is the range that university-teachers attend universities knowledge communication and share, how do university-teachers communicate knowledge and share with each other, and factors affect university knowledge sharing. Then According to the findings, I take a summary of the problems that exist in the university knowledge sharing.II. Frame of University Knowledge Sharing SystemThe frame of University Knowledge Sharing System is mainly composed of three levels, physical environment, constitution environment, and human environment. Physical environment involves in campus network bank, and apparatus and instrument, etc. Constitution environment means knowledge sharing system and intellectual property right system. Human environment includes all-inclusive campus culture and harmonious university academic atmosphere.III. Platform of University Knowledge Sharing SystemWith the above three aspects, physical environment, constitution environment, and human environment, I bridge three platforms, such as digital campus, organizational structure reform, and intellectual property rights and shared vision standardization.
