腾冲县旅游地质资源研究与开发

【摘要】 求知、求新、求奇已成为人们在旅游中竞相追逐的目标，而腾冲县丰富的旅游地质资源则可以满足人们这一“求知”的心理。通过研究腾冲县旅游资源的地质成因，探讨其景物的分布规律、结构构造、形成机制和演化历史，揭示其在观赏、科学及历史等方面的功能与价值，将会极大地丰富旅游的内涵，为腾冲县旅游事业的快速发展注入生机与活力。腾冲县区域内旅游地质资源种类齐全，风格独特，品位较高，具有较高的旅游价值和科考价值，使腾冲享有“天然地质博物馆”的美称。本文在对腾冲县区域内旅游地质资源特征及分布规律深入调查分析的基础上，结合其成景背景，将区域内旅游地质资源划分为5个大类、13个亚类和16个基本类型。在此基础上，采用定性与定量相结合的评价方法，对区域内旅游资源进行了景点价值综合评价；参照国家旅游资源评价赋分表，结合本区域旅游地质资源的特点，设计了腾冲县旅游地质资源评价赋分表，对照评价赋分表，对区域内各种旅游资源在景观、环境和开发条件方面的价值进行了定量综合评价。然后根据开发价值综合评价结果，得出各旅游资源的等级，再依据旅游资源区划原则，将腾冲县旅游地质资源划分为火山科考、热海休闲、北海湿地、边境风情和高黎贡山五个旅游资源景区。采用SWOT分析原理，详细分析了腾冲县旅游资源开发在区位、资源、自然环境、基础设施、服务水平等方面的优劣势及腾冲县旅游事业发展所面临的机遇与挑战。针对腾冲县旅游地质资源开发中所存在的问题，提出了开发与保护对策：坚持可持续发展原则，以旅游地质资源为主，人文旅游资源为辅，重点开发优秀资源，以点促面，点面结合的开发策略，为政府科学规划旅游地质资源，研究制定旅游发展政策，也为该县建设“极边第一城”和特色鲜明的旅游城市这一战略目标的实现提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeking for knowledge, newness and uniqueness is the goal which people compete to pursue in the traveling, the rich tourism geology resources in Tengchong County may satisfy the "seeking knowledge" psychology of people. Studying Tengchong County tourism resources’s geologic origin, discussing its scenery’s distribution law, texture, mechanism of formation and the evolution history, revealed its function and value in view, science , history and so on will be able to enrich tourism connotation enormously, to pour into the vitality and the vigor for Tengchong County tourism industry rapid development.In the Tengchong County region travels the geological resources type completely, style unique, the personal status is higher, has the higher traveling value and the preliminary examination value, causes Tengchung enjoys "the natural geological museum" laudatory name.
