从高钙镁低品位氧化锌矿中提取锌的研究

【摘要】 我国含锌小于10%的氧化锌矿石分布广,总储量大,仅云南就有数百万吨,全国其它地区此类矿石的储量也很大。这种矿石不仅是一种潜力很大的锌资源,也是一笔巨大的财富。开发利用10%以下的氧化锌矿对缓解我国炼锌原料严重不足,保障我国锌产业长期稳定的发展起着非常重要的作用。本文研究了高钙镁低品位氧化锌矿的柱浸和搅拌浸出。将氧化锌矿按粒径分为+40目的矿石和—40目的矿石,其锌含量分别为9.64%、5.17%。大于40目的矿石进行柱浸,锌浸出率随浸出剂浓度和PH值升高而增大。用2mol/l PH8.5~9.0的(NH4)2SO4浸出3次,浸出70天,总浸出率为58.56%,浸出过程受固体物料层的扩散控制,浸出的动力学方程分别为1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=4.97862×10-4t、1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=5.09345×10-5t。小于40目的氧化锌矿石配入5%的325#水泥,圆盘制粒并固化后进行浸出,锌浸出率随团矿固化时间增加而减小。为保证浸出液的正常循环,团矿至少要固化3天,固化3天的团矿浸出15天,锌浸出率可达91.21%,浸出过程受固体物料层扩散控制,浸出的动力学方程为1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=0.00256t。—40目的矿石破碎到200目以下后搅拌浸出,用(NH4)2SO4溶液作浸出液,浸出过程中用氨水调PH值,使其保持在8.5~9.0,浸出15h,浸出率达80.79%,浸出过程受固体物料层扩散控制,浸出的动力学方程为:1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=0.01696t。
【Abstract】 Zinc oxide ore which contains zinc less than 10% widely distributes, and the total reserves is large in our country. There are a few million tons in Yunnan province and there is large reserves in other provinces. It is not only a great potential resources, but also a great wealth. It is a very important way that using that deposit to ease shortage of raw materials and maintain long-term and stable development of zinc industry in our country.The paper studies pillar leaching and stirring leaching of low grade oxide zinc deposit. According to granularity, the ore divides into massive ore whose granularity is bigger than 40 meshes and powdery ore whose granularity is smaller than 40 meshes, and contents of zinc respectively are 9.17% and 5.17%.Lump ore whose granularity is bigger than 40 meshes carry on the column to leach, the leaching rate of zinc increases with the concentration and pH value of leaching agent rising. The ore are leached for three times i.e. seventy days with (NH4)2SO4 whose concentration is 2mol/l and PH is 8.5-9.0, leaching rate reaches58.56%, reaction belongs to diffusion control of solid materiel layer, and the dynamic equations respectively are:1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=4.97862×l0-4t and 1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3 = 5.09345×10-5t.The ore whose granularity is smaller than 40 mesh matches into 5% 325# cement, makes the pellet with the disc and then to leach, the leaching rate of zinc reduces along with solidification time increasing. For guaranteeing the normal circulation of leaching solution, the pellets want concrete at least three days. Solidified three day-long pellets are leached for fifteen days, and the leaching rate of zinc may reach 91.21%. Leaching belongs to diffusion control of solid materiel layer, and the dynamic equation is:1-2x/3-(1-x)2/3 =0.00256t.The ore whose granularity is smaller than 40 mesh are broken separately below 200 meshes and stirring leaching with (NH4)O2SO4. We adjust PH value of leaching solution with ammonia water in the leaching process, and make it to maintain 8.5~9.0. The ore are leached for 15 hours with (NH4)2SO4, the leaching rate reaches 80.79%. Leaching belongs to diffusion control f solid materiel layer, and the dynamic equation is:1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3 =0.01696t.
