城镇环境规划地理信息系统研究

【摘要】 环境信息与空间位置有着密切的关系,而地理信息系统又是处理空间信息的有效工具,因此,在地理信息系统的支持下,开发和应用与环境相关的地理信息系统,不仅可以方便地获取、存储、管理和显示各种环境信息,而且可以对环境进行有效地监测、模拟、分析和评价,这就是环境规划地理信息系统需要达到的目标。环境规划的目的在于调控人类自身的活动,减少污染,防止资源破坏,从而保护人类生存、经济和社会持续稳定发展所依赖的基础——环境。而人们通常所做的环境规划都是通过各种主观的分析、判断,手写输入等方式来完成的,这种方法资源消耗大、时间持续长,越来越显得难以符合环境规划的发展要求。本文通过对环境规划专业知识和环境规划模型的研究,提出建立环境规划学与地理信息学、计算机技术相结合的规划地理信息系统,能够实现对环境规划信息进行查询、统计分析等功能,并对环境规划模拟预测、环境规划的决策分析等做出了系统详细设计。

【Abstract】 The environment information and the spatial positions have the close relation, and the geographic information system is also valid tool that handles the spatial information. So, under the support of the geographic information system, develops and applicants geographic information system related to environment not only can obtain, saving, management and show various environment information expediently, but also can carry on to the environment to monitor, imitate, analyze and evaluate availably. Those are the target that the environment programming geographic information system needs to be attained. The purpose of the environment plan lies in the activity that adjusts to control mankind’s oneself, reducing the pollution, prevent from the resources breakage so as to Protecting the foundation which the mankind to exist, the economy and societies keep on stabilize development depend on——environment. But people usually complete the environment programming are all through various subjective analysis, judgment, handwritten importation etc. method. This kind of method resources consume big. last long time, seeming to be more and more cannot attain the request of the environment programming development. This text through the research to the professional knowledge and plan model of environment plan, puts forward build up a programming geographic information system which combine together with the environment plan, geographic information and the calculator technique. The system can carry out to carry on the search, statistic analysis, and do detailed design about imitates estimate, decision analysis of environment programming.
