思茅山河氧化锌矿选矿新技术研究

【摘要】 锌的用途很广,除了广泛的用于制造合金材料,它还广泛的用于机械制造、印刷、国防等工业。在现代工业技术中有着广泛的用途,在国民经济发展中占有重要的地位。在已知的锌矿石的总储量中,锌的氧化矿石占有相当的比重。特别是在硫化锌矿的不断开发和资源进一步枯竭的情况下,矿物加工工业面临着新的困难,而氧化锌矿资源相对丰富,因此,如何处理好氧化锌矿石,提高选矿指标,增进经济效益,正越来越引起人们的重视,这也是矿业生产和科研方面一个重要的注目的课题。本文对氧化锌矿的性质、矿床成因及特点等方面做了扼要的介绍,分析比较了国内外氧化锌矿选矿的方法、工艺及研究动态。本文以思茅氧化锌矿石为研究对象,工艺矿物学研究表明:该矿石中的锌矿物成分复杂,主要以菱锌矿和异极矿的形式产出,其它的锌矿物只有3.8%左右,矿石氧化程度很深,锌氧化率达99%,矿石结构疏松,易碎,易产生次生矿泥,泥化严重,是属于难选氧化锌矿石,考虑到矿山的具体条件,对该矿石进行了三种选别流程方案的比较,即(1)单一重选(摇床)方法;(2)浮选法;(3)重—浮联合流程。并重点研究浮选法,寻找浮选的新工艺、新药剂。单一重选法虽可得出锌精矿含锌为30.61%,但锌的回收率只有17.08%;。重—浮联合流程可分别得出重选锌精矿和浮选锌精矿,其品位超过或接近30%,两种锌精矿锌的总回收率为78.13%,但流程较复杂,生产过程中控制较难。浮选流程结构简单,操作方便,通过使用KZF这一种新的氧化锌矿浮选药剂,它在氧化锌矿的浮选试验中显示出极强的捕收性能,对氧化锌矿的选别效果好。锌精矿品位为29.50%,锌金属回收率88.76%。
【Abstract】 Zinc have many special properties, except for comprehensive used to manufacture alloy material, It is also comprehensive used for machine manufacturing, printing, national defence and others industry,It is have more comprehensive use in modern industrial engineering, and have important status in national econamy developing.As known,the zinc ore total reserves, considerable zinc oxidized ore occupy equivalent proportion. Due to zinc sulfide ore ’ end-to-end exploitation and farther drain, mineral processing industry is faced with new difficulty, Zinc oxide ore resource relatively exuberance How to dispose lead zinc oxid ore, and how to improve mineral separation indices, increase economic benefit, more and more evoke people ’attention. It si become a important problem of mineral industal and scientific research.This article perpetrate the ore deposit genesis 、 characteristic and others aspect clearly ,compendious introduce Analyses and compare with both here and abroad zinc oxide ore mineral separation ’ s means , craft and investigation dynamic..This article aim si mao zinc oxide ore’ s property,the ore oxidation degree of Zinc oxide is very deep, Craft mineralogy investigation demonstration: zinc ore ingredient complexity, mostly with smithsonite and hemimorphite ’form output, other zinc ore thing none but only 3.8%.
