【摘要】 21世纪城市已经成为世界研究的焦点，但城市本身的复杂性使全世界面对一系列继续发展与优化的问题。当前，发达国家的城市发展理念已经转向舒适和宜人，并塑造了宜居城市的典范，而在快速城市化与工业化发展过程中的中国仍处于理论和建设的摸索阶段。在总结改革开放以来我国城市建设取得巨大成就的同时，应该看到它对人居环境亦造成了严重的危害，并可能损害建设的硕果，因此创建宜居城市已被越来越多的城市列为发展目标。但目前针对宜居城市的理论体系仍缺乏系统性研究。本文研究的目的在于：以我国城市住区发展演变的历史追溯与国内外宜居城市建设研究为基础，总结宜居城市的发展特性，探寻一个我国宜居城市的理论内涵和建设的影响因素，并在此基础上作出实证分析。近年来，杭州在城市竞争力和人居环境方面获得一系列奖项，但作为特大城市仍然面临众多诸如交通拥堵、环境污染等的现实问题；同时杭州亦让很多人由于她强烈吸引力和实现梦想的可能而忍受种种不便，而这种暂时的宽容更推动杭州必须朝着“宜居”的方向努力，这是努力的目标，更是一种不断完善的过程。以万众瞩目的杭州作为宜居城市的研究对象，具有良好的发展基础与匹配性，对其宜居性影响因素、发展前景的客观解析以及居民满意度的调查则能实现理论与实践的有机结合。本文最后结合当前社会发展现实，从宜居影响因素的角度探讨构建宜居城市的部分热点问题，包括大城市与中小城市宜居性对比思考、宜居城市适宜空间形态、住宅环境、公共资源配置、历史文化保护、建设标准等现实问题，对发展与建设具有现实与深远的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cities have become the focus of research on the world in 21 centuries, but the complexities of themselves make the whole world faces a series developing and perfecting problems. Developed cities have already change their viewpoint to comfortable and livable,whole China is still on the way of groping who is in the process of urbanization and industrialization. When concluding the tremendous success during the reformation,we should also realize the harm as a result of building. So building a livable city has become the development target by more and more cities. But now the origin and system of theories about livable city is still weak.The main target of the article is summarizing and exploring the theory and characteristics of livable city, on the bases of the research about history of Chinese cities and development examples in domestic and abroad cities.Hangzhou acquired a lot of awards in the aspects of competition ability and residential environment,but still faced some realistic problem such as traffic jam and pollution. The strong attraction on the possibility of realizing dreams in Hangzhou also make many people stay on with bearing all kinds of inconvenience.The temporary toleration let Hangzhou make great efforts on building a livable city,which is a target, also a kind of continuously process.It has a good foundation and matching while Using Hangzhou as the target of livable city research.The research on livable influence factors, foregrounds and resident satisfaction can realizing the combination of theory and practice.The end of the article is the discussing on some hotspot about livable cities according to influence factors,including the livable comparison between big cities and middle or small cities in our country,the proper urban morphology, residence environment, public resources station, history culture protection and building standards,etc. This part has practical and profound meaning on prospects and development.更多还原
