钢质模板支架分析软件系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 随着城市建设的日益发展,为了满足建筑的多功能性和造型美观的要求,各种超常规的混凝土结构日益增多。这些混凝土结构通常空间跨度大、自身重量重,要求施工中的模板支撑脚手架搭设跨度大、高度高,而且还要承受混凝土结构施工时的各种动态荷载,这对于模板支架的设计和施工提出了更高的要求。建筑施工脚手架是一个安全事故频发的结构形式,近年来,国内外发生了不少建筑施工脚手架倒塌事故,造成了重大的经济损失和人员伤亡。因此对脚手架进行规范正确的设计指导,开发相应的施工设计软件是一件十分必要的工作。本文首先回顾了建筑施工脚手架技术的发展与应用,介绍了脚手架的分类。接着,列举了近几年来发生的一系列较为严重的脚手架安全事故,并简要地分析了事故的原因。然后,总结了国内外关于脚手架事故分析、安全管理、试验研究、可靠性研究等各方面的研究现状;对脚手架的主要计算方法,计算长度附加系数k的取值,挡风系数的取值等进行了评析,为后面的研究提供了思路和方法。本文简要分析了建筑施工中超高大跨模板支架的定义及工程应用,主要形式类型,安全事故原因等,并结合规范阐述了其设计要点,为扩大软件的适用范围提供了理论基础。本文提出了软件开发的基本思想,在此指导思想下开发了钢质模板支架分析软件系统(SCAS)。并详细介绍了开发工具VB的特点,程序设计流程图,软件加密方法以及该软件的完善和创新之处。最后通过四个工程实例来说明该软件对于四种不同脚手架体系的实际运用成果。

【Abstract】 With the development of the city, kinds of special reinforcement concrete structure are on the increase day by day,to satisfy the multi-function and beauty of the buildings.These strucures are longer span and heavier height.Therefore, great span and height of the scaffold and kinds of loads on the concrete structure bring forward many higher demands to the design of the scaffold.Construct scaffold frequently occurred safety accidents in the process of construction.In recent years,there have been many scaffold accidents happened, resulting in serious economicloss and bad social consequence. Therefore, it is very important to design scaffold structures in a standardized and it’s meaningful to develop the construct scaffold software.The paper reviewed the development of construct scaffold technology,introduced the classification of scaffolds and analyzed accidents of scaffolds that occurred frequently. The paper summarized the current states of research in the country and aboard.Then it analyzed several theories about the calculation of scaffold, also made a detailed analysis of the additional coefficient K of calculating length,coefficient of sheltering from wind and so on..It is useful for the following study.The paper introduced the high formwork-support’s definition, applications, types, and the safety accidents.Then the paper elaborated it’s design essentials according to the standard. These studies can give the theoretical principle to expand the software’s range of application.The paper presented the basic thoughts in developing construction software ,and developed the software for steel formwork-support analysis. The paper made a detailed introduction about the developing tools VB,the whole process of developing the program, the encryption technique and the innovation in the software.At last, four examples were given to demonstrate the application of the software system.
