纺织品在屋顶绿化工程上的应用研究

【摘要】 随着经济的不断发展,新城市不断增多,大城市的建设不断扩大,高楼林立,道路交错,新的住宅区成片出现,人们的居住环境绿地面积却越来越小,城市绿化和生态环境成为了人们关心的突出问题。在这样一个严峻的形势下,人们创造了屋顶绿化工程,它既可以做到“房子占地屋顶补”,又可净化空气、美化城市、保护生态环境,同时,对国家的经济建设发展也将会产生不可估量的经济效益。近年来,我国的纺织行业得到了迅速的发展,特别是有别于传统纺织品的产业用纺织品发展更为迅猛,且在日益强调“人与环境”及其实施的屋顶绿化工程中发挥了重要作用。在传统的建筑构造设计中,屋顶除必须满足防水、防晒、耐冲击等功能要求外,往往还必须增设必要的保温隔热层。其作用有二:一是保温隔热作用,降低屋顶结构的传热系数,减少建筑物的热损耗;二是降低屋顶结构的温差值,减少因温差变形引起的结构裂缝。当屋顶进行绿化时,这些技术要求都要有所变化,例如,要在屋顶上建造绿地或花园,首先遇到的就是屋顶防水问题。它与一般的屋顶防水的要求有许多不同,对材料的选用,施工技术的要求将更高、更严密,整个绿化层的设计也十分讲究。因此研究设计一种新型屋顶构造形式、专用材料和工艺要求。进行屋顶绿化的建造,不仅是我国建筑行业一种新的发展方向,而且也是我国纺织行业一个新的增长点。本课题从纺织行业和建筑技术行业交叉点出发,分析采用纺织品与采用传统混凝土、普通复合卷材等在屋顶绿化建设工程上的优势所在,以及在实际应用中还有待需要解决的问题;运用纺织和建筑行业的相关标准,论证纺织品在屋顶绿化应用的可行性,并预测未来发展趋势及其经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。本课题可为纺织和建筑设计行业在屋顶绿化工程方面提供一定的参考,使两者相互促进、共同发展,为人类的生存发展营造一个良好的自然环境。
【Abstract】 With the development of the economy, there are more and more new cities. As tall buildings, interlaced roads and new places for housing being constructed, the green-land for people’s life has become less. So constructing the green-city and the good ecology are became people’s focus. For this important situation, people have designed the green-house top project. It could not only make for the taken-up place that for buildings, but also make fresh air, beautify city and protect the ecology. Meanwhile, it also could make uncountable economic profits for country’s development. During these years, textile industry develops greatly in our country, especially the industrial textile which different from the traditional one, it could make great effects in present environment and the green-house constructing. On the traditional designs of architecture and the green-house top, excepting for satisfying the water-repellent, sunshine-repellent and impact-repellent, should be designed extra layers for keeping warmth and isolating heat. There two reasons for these, the one is to keep warmth, decrease the warmth-conductivity, another is to decrease the violent temperature change and results of this phenomenon. When constructing the green-house top, these technology demands should be changed, for instance, the first being confronted is waterproof problem. It is different from the common demands that on the house top, what material be used, constructing technology, and the whole design route are stricter. So searching and designing new kind of materials to satisfy the strict demands. To construct green-house top, not only is the tendency of the architecture industry, but also is a new improving way in textile. From the junction between textile and architecture, this thesis has mainly researched the advantages among the textile on green-house top constructing and the traditional material, even the unsolved problems. Meanwhile, utilizing the textile and architecture criterions, it has also demonstrated the feasibility of the textile on green-house top, and the future tendency, the economic effects, ecology effects and the social effects.This thesis could service for the architecture for designing textile green-house top, in order to make the two industries develop kindly, so that constructing good natural living environment for people.
