中央空调噪声控制研究与应用

【摘要】 在公用建筑和商业建筑中,中央空调系统被广泛应用。但中央空调在给人们带来适宜的温湿度的同时,往往同时也带来了噪声,这些噪声不仅影响到建筑内的人,还会影响到周边的环境,给人们的生活和工作造成一定的干扰。空调系统的噪声与振动具有自己的特点,其内容涉及建筑、结构、空调和声学等专业,需要各专业协作配合才能进行有效合理的控制。但目前一般空调专业人员并不熟悉声学专业,同时建筑与声学的专业人员对空调专业也缺乏了解,在实际工程中经常出现空调噪声扰民的现象。本文针对空调系统噪声的特点,研究如何综合应用各专业的知识更有效合理地进行空调噪声控制。本文从以下几个方面研究中央空调系统噪声控制技术:(1)噪声控制基础理论知识,主要包括噪声的危害与常用的噪声评价方法;(2)噪声控制工程涉及的国家法规和行业标准;(3)空调系统噪声特性与传播途径;(4)空调噪声控制技术,包括消声、隔振、隔声、吸声等内容。(5)空调噪声控制技术的工程应用:工程实践是本课题研究的重要组成部分,理论研究需要在工程应用中获得检验和发展,做到理论与实践相结合。此部分内容包括对国家大剧院空调噪声控制的研究、国家大剧院观众席座椅下送风气流噪声实验设计与研究、储气库大型空冷器的噪声控制设计。
【Abstract】 The center air-conditioning system is widely used in the public building and commercial building. When the air-conditioning syetem serve the people, it also brings the noise into the envirnment, which will impact people’s work and live. The noise and vibration control of the air-conditioning system demand for the compositive application of the architecture, construction, HVAC, acoustic etc. But in many practical projects, the noise from air-conditioning system cannot meet the noise control criteria and pollute the environment for the HVAC engineers are short of the acoustic knowledge and the architects and the acoustic engineers are also short of the HVAC knowledge. This article research how to compositive control the noise from air-conditioning system more effectively and reasonedly.The research includes following parts:(1) The acoustic foundation, which includes the harm of noise and the sound rating system.(2) The codes and criterias for noise control engineering.(3) Characteristics of the air-conditioning noise and its transmission paths.(4) The air-conditioning noise control technology including the sound attenuation, vibration insulation, sound insulation, sound absorption etc.(5) The engineering application of the noise control technology. The practical application is an important part of the reasearch. The technology can be checked and be developed in the practical engineering. This part includes: the learning research of the air-conditioning noise control design for the China National Grand Theater, chairs outlet airflow noise experimental research for China National Grand Theater, the noise control design of the huge air cooler for the underground natural gas storage.
