【摘要】 论文首先对社会发展和转型理论以及社区空间结构相关理论进行整理和综述，总结归纳转型时期我国社会的主要特征和发展趋势，分析当前社区空间组织的社会背景和动力机制。 接着从社会、经济、技术和体制四个方面对转型时期影响社区空间的主要因素进行分析。在社会领域，影响因素包括人口老龄化、家庭核心化、生活休闲化以及外来人口流入等；在经济领域，影响因素包括市场机制作用、产权关系界定、服务设施业态升级、社区教育、服务产业的发展等；在技术领域，影响因素包括交通工具升级、家电和通信工具的普及以及网络的迅猛发展等；在制度领域，影响因素包括住房体制改革、单位制解体、社区组织管理体系和城市规划相关法规等。 随后，以常州市钟楼区为例，分析研究现状社区空间结构。从时间纵向维度，分析社区空间发展变迁的历程；从空间横向维度，对居民属性、居住设施、环境设施和服务设施进行分析，归纳社区类型和分布特征；对居民日常出行范围进行调查，得到居民心理层面的社区规模和边界；最后得出区域总体的社区空间结构。 在得出总体社区空间结构的基础上，定义核心地区、混合地区和城郊地区三个典型地域，从住宅设施空间、居民属性、服务设施、环境景观、邻里意识等六个方面进行比较分析，进而研究和揭示三个地区各自的空间特点和现状问题。 最后分整体和分地区两个层面，讨论转型时期城市社区发展的若干重要议题，并提出相应的规划策略和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, the thesis reviews the theories of social transition and community space in order to figure out the main characters and developing trends of the society in transitional period which helps to understand the background of the community development in urban china.Secondly, it analyzes the main factors which affect the community space, including the social aspect, the economical aspect, the technical aspect and the institutional aspect.Thirdly, it takes Zhonglou District in Changzhou City as a case study to analyse the structure of the community space. It describes the history of the area’s developmet and analyzes the residents’ characters, housing quality, environment facilities and service facilities. The residents’ neighbourhood ranges are tested in order to help analysing the community’s space structure.After that, it defines three different areas within Zhonglou District for comparative assesment, including the core area, the mixed area and the suburban area. It analyzes the differences and problems of the three areas, especially in terms of the land using structure, residents’ characters, housing quality, environment facilities, service facilities, and neighborhood communication.Finally, it argues the major issues, which are critical for the urban community development in the transitional age, and puts forward planning strategies and suggestions concerning with the tasks such as the reshaping of hierarchy of community structure, the rational provision of service facilities etc.更多还原
