基于PXI的振动自动测试系统的研究

【摘要】 在现代工业中,振动测试、信号处理以及振动分析是十分重要的环节。随着现代计算机技术、虚拟仪器技术和测控技术的飞速发展,测试仪器也在迅速发展,由过去传统的仪器发展到现在的研究热点一一虚拟化的仪器。本论文根据目前国内外测控领域的发展趋势,研究了虚拟仪器技术及其在自动测试系统(ATS,Automatic Test System)中的应用;为了解决在工业生产中产品振动环境测试效率低下的问题,在此ATS基础上构建基于PXI总线振动自动测试系统。论文对整个自动测试系统(包括硬件和软件)进行选择并提出了基于PXI总线的系统方案,利用LabVIEW实现了在环境振动下数据采集和分析。论文首先分析了构件振动自动测试系统的目前的技术现状,并以自动测试系统为基础提出了基于PXI总线的振动自动测试系统概念,然后对振动ATS从硬件到软件提供了原型构建方案,并针对振动ATS的若干关键技术进行了分析,最后通过LabVIEW对振动测试进行虚拟仪器的实现。该系统运行于Microsoft Windows 2000或者XP环境下,数据采集、存储、处理和显示均采用模块化编程。信号的处理功能包括:数字滤波、时域加窗、自相关与互相关处理;在快速傅立叶变换(FFT)基础上计算自功率谱、互功率谱、频率响应函数、相干函数。本课题研究开发的振动测试系统使用的是基于PXI计算机插槽的数据采集卡和LabVIEW开发软件。这种方案具有良好的扩展性和较高的性价比,并且易于开发,适合生产流水线中产品在振动环境下的自动检测。

【Abstract】 In modern industry, vibration measurement and analysis are important part. With the rapid development of computer technology, measurement and control technology, and virtual instrument technology.The measurement instruments which developed from the conventional instruments to the heart focus on the virtual instruments have also quickly developed.Based on the international developing trend of measurement and control field, virtual instrument and relating application in vibration ATS (Automatic Test System) are researched in this thesis. A based PXI automatic test system is designed to solve the problem which the efficiency of products in pipelining tested in the vibration environment is low. The thesis put forward specific content of hardware and software designs.then based on the PXI device and Labview, the current automatic test system is achieved.Firstly, the current technology of vibration ATS is discussed, then the concept of this system based on the PXI is advanced. Secondly, the composition of vibration ATS is discussed and pivotal technologies on the vibration ATS are analyzed. Finally, by virtue of LabVIEW,the soft of testing and analyzing vibration data is realized. This system which using modularization program to do data acquisition, storage, processing and display can run in Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP . The signal process functions of the software include those functions as digital filter, windowing, auto-correlation function and cross-correlation function; auto-power spectrum, cross-power spectrum, frequency response function, coherence function, which based on the FFT (Fast Fourier Transfer).The virtual measurement system of vibration ATS in this thesis use data acquisition card of NI Company based on expanding slot of PXI device and LabVIEW software. This system has good expansibility and high cost performance for the products on pipelining test on vibration environment in industry.
