【摘要】 中间阶层在中国现代化进程中正发挥着积极作用,社会中间阶层壮大是现代化国家消除贫富差距,进行合理社会流动的必由之路。在任何社会中,中间阶层都是维系社会稳定的最重要的社会力量。因此,中国要获得经济稳定的发展,就应尽快发展中间阶层。本文的研究目的是分析当代中国中间阶层的结构和社会功能,如何以马克思主义社会发展的角度分析中间阶层是本文的研究重点。论文结构如下:第一章从中间阶层的概念和形成背景等方面分析中间阶层的结构。第二章中间阶层的社会功能。分别从三方面阐述:一、社会利益矛盾的缓冲功能;二、有利于增加社会的有效需求;三、现代化消费观及社会规范的创建、引导功能。第三章中间阶层的社会培育。从三处着手对中间阶层的未来进行展望:一、完善市场经济体制;二、社会流动有利于扩大中间阶层,教育使人们能在身份上进入中间阶层;三、发挥政府在收入再分配上的有效功能,建立协调利益机制,避免贫富差距扩大。关键是改革税收制度及建立健全社会保障制度,培育中间阶层。社会的稳步发展依赖于中间阶层的发展,离开了中间阶层的发展,社会稳步发展就成为一句空话。因此,我们既要重视社会制度的发展,同时要重视中间阶层的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The middle class is playing a positive role in the process of modernization in China, the strength of middle class is a indispensable way on the course of China’s modernization that eliminate the gap of poor and rich, so China can make reasonable social mobility. Since the middle class is the most important force of maintaining social stability in any society, the author points out, measures must be worked out to change this situation. steps of the rise of the middle class should be taken in order to ensure steady and rapid economic growth in China. the main object of this paper is to analyse the structure and the social function of the middle class . The emphases is how to analyse the middle class based on Marxism social development . The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter One analyses the middle class structure from the concept and background. Chapter Two the social function of the middle class. This chapter contains three section . 1) The cushion function about social benefit contradiction. 2)increase social effectively need. 3) initial and guide function about the idea of the modern consumption and social norm. Chapter three the social cultivation of the middle class . its development and cultivation can be seen from the three aspects. 1)improve market economy system; 2) disseminate higher education so that most people in status have opportunity getting into the middle class. 3) develop the government’s effective function in income distribution, set up coordinate benefit system, avoiding widen the gap of poor and rich.
