生态工业园区的技术生态化运行模式研究

【摘要】 生态工业园区是一种模仿自然生态系统,按照技术生态化的原则建立和发展起来的,一种追求更高物质利用率和能量转化效率,更少废物排放甚至是零排放为目标的企业地域分布形式。生态工业园区内的成员企业间相互耦合,形成了区域范围的工业共生体。按照成员企业的所有权关系,可分为自主实体共生模式和复合实体共生模式。实践运行中的生态工业园区会由于企业间的技术刚性、外部市场的可变因素等原因而给生态工业园区带来风险。理想的生态工业园区运行模式应是自主实体共生与复合实体共生相结合的模式。我国生态工业园区的建设和发展要因地制宜,既要开展政策层面的扶持,又要积极地进行生态工业园区的试点工作,以取得环境效益、经济效益的双赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological Industrial Park (EIP), imitating the nature ecological system, founded and developed according to the principle of making technology ecologically, seek to raise the efficiency of the material usage and the capability transforming , which is not only a form of enterprises’location, but also reduce the waste to a lower level and even no waste.Companies in the EIP , uniting each other, organize a kind of unit of industry ingidity in certain zero. According to the different ownrights, it can be divided into independence ingidity and multiunity ingidity EIP. Because of the technological rigidity of the enterprises, and the changing causes of outer market, which can take risk to the whole park in practice. The imaginable EIP is the unity of the above.The construction and development of the EIP in our country must abbey to the actual environment. Government should support the EIP in policy and launch pilot project actively. All that is to make the profit in the environment and the economy.更多还原
