【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快,城市地域面积、人口都在迅速扩大和集中,这种空间的扩张和集聚效应使得城市交通系统面临空前的挑战。人类文明的进步要求我们所居住的城市系统更加生态化,而交通系统在城市系统中处于非常重要的地位。生态城市的建设需要发展可持续交通,也只有发展可持续交通才能满足人类出行需求。本文根据生态城市建设的原则和特点,针对交通系统所涉及的相关方面,对于发展可持续交通进行了分析和研究,主要工作如下:第一,阐述了生态城市的概念和可持续交通的理论,找出两者之间的关联,为本文的写作奠定理论基础;第二,指出合理的土地利用规划是发展可持续交通的基础,分析了城市客运交通结构与土地利用和可持续发展之间的关系,提出了与土地利用规划相关的发展可持续交通的对策和建议;第三,从微观和宏观上分析交通与能源消耗的关系,重点研究交通污染的产生来源和控制污染的策略,提出了基于发展清洁车辆和燃料技术的交通污染控制战略;第四,介绍了MRT的概念和特点,对比分析了发达国家和发展中国家客运交通模式的不同特点,提出了发展公交优先的对策和实现战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 As city grows larger, the population and area of cities become enormous quickly. This expanding and centralization make transport system encounter austere challenges. More ecological cities are required for people to dwell in as this progress, however transport system has pivotal effect on city development. Constructing ecological city requires developing sustainable transport, certainly only which can meet dwellers’travel demand. According to principle and characteristic of ecological city, some correlative problems about sustainable transport are studied in the paper. The primary work is below:Firstly the conception of ecological city and theory of sustainable transport are expatiated. The relations which establish the theory foundation for the paper between them are given. Secondly it is presented that reasonable planning of land use is the foundation of sustainable transport and there are consanguineous connections among the structure of passenger transport, land use and sustainable development. Thirdly it analyses the relations between transport and energy consuming from several aspects. The important study is the source of transport pollution and the measures of controlling pollution. It presents the stratagem based on clean vehicle and clean fuel. Finally it introduces the conception and characteristic of MRT and compares the structure of passenger transport in developing and developed countries. The stratagem to realize bus priority in city is given.更多还原
