多功能热泵空调热水器理论分析与实验研究

【摘要】 节能是热水技术发展的永恒主题,而高能耗则是常规热水技术无法克服的缺憾。热泵技术是开发和强化高质能源利用率的重要手段,是获取可再生能源及维护生态平衡的有效途径之一。本文研究的对象——多功能热泵空调热水器则将热泵空调与热水器有机的结合在一起,其在夏季时通过室内蒸发器实现对室内空气的降温、降湿的同时,利用冷凝器中的热量生产热水。在不需使用空调的春秋季节则可以作为热泵热水器使用。而在冬季其仍作为热泵空调器实现供暖的目的,并能够通过切换实现供应热水的目的。本文研究内容如下:(1)设计并建成了一套多功能热泵空调热水器实验台,由一台柜机空调改装而成,实现了空调、热泵、热水器集为一体的样品装置,能够在制冷同时供热水;冬季也体现出热泵和热水器的多功能特性。(2)本文对多功能热泵空调热水器系统原理、组成进行了简单的介绍与研究,并针对实验台的室内侧蒸发器、室外侧冷凝器、热水器侧换热器等装置建立了相应的数学模型,并进行了数值模拟与分析。(3)利用搭建的试验装置,对此台特定结构的多功能热泵空调热水器在夏季制冷、制热水工况,春秋冬季制热水工况等条件下的性能分别进行了试验研究,并分析讨论了各参数变化对系统的影响,对今后类似系统的设计及改进提供了一定的实验数据。(4)最后与其他类型的热水器对比进行了经济性分析比较,数据表明这种热水器装置更为经济。
【Abstract】 Energy-conservation is the eternal theme of the technical development of water heating, but high-energy consumption is the shortcoming that the common technology of water heating can’t deal with. The technology of heat pump is an important means to develop and strengthen the utilization ratio of high quality energy; also it is one of the effective ways of obtaining the regenerated energy and safeguarding the ecological balance.The system that this paper studied --The multi-function heat pump water heater combined the heat pump of air conditioner with water heater together well, when the evaporator worked inside, the indoor temperature and humidity could be decreased, simultaneously the system could make use of the heat of the condenser to produce hot water. It might serve as water heater of heat pump in spring and autumn when air conditioner was not needed. But it still could be used to heat as heat pump in winter, and could supply hot water through switching. As the following of research contents in this paper:(1) A set of multi-function heat pump water heater experimental equipment had been designed and built up. It was a multi-functional sample device refitted by a cabinet-type air conditioner, and could be used as air conditioner, heat pump and water heater. It could offer the hot water while it was in the cooling mode, and also, it could embody the multi-functional characteristics of heat pump water heater in winter.(2) The principle and structure of the system were simply introduced and studied; also mathematic models on indoor evaporator, outdoor condenser and heat exchanger by the side of water heater were established; moreover, numerical simulation and analysis were carried on.(3) The system performance had been studied in the condition of different status, such as, the cooling and water heating in summer, water heating in the other seasons,furthermore, the influence of the parameters’change on the system was analyzed, all the work provided some experimental data for the similar design and mend in the future.(4) Economical comparison with other water heater was carried on, the result showed that this system of water heater are more energy-saving and economical.
