【摘要】 党的知识分子政策对知识分子队伍建设,乃至对经济社会的发展都具有重大的影响。建国以来党的知识分子政策尽管有过失误,但总体上是好的,充分调动了广大知识分子建设社会主义的积极性,也促进了市场经济和知识经济的发展。研究党的知识分子政策演变及其作用,对于避免迫害知识分子的历史悲剧的重演,对于坚持以人为本、全面建设小康社会,具有重要的现实意义。本文包括导言、结束语和正文三章,主要内容如下:导言阐述了知识分子的定义,选题的目的和意义,学术界的研究现状,本文试图讨论的问题等等。第一章主要是介绍了党的知识分子政策演变的过程,以及在这些过程中党对不同时期知识分子的不同态度和相应出台的政策。第二章分别以知识分子在知识经济时代和社会、文化领域中的作用来体现知识分子政策是如何发挥其自身的作用的。并结合当今的现实情况作了简要的分析。第三章根据我国的具体国情,分析和详述了知识分子政策对知识分子在不同领域所产生的影响。党对知识分子的政策,对我国经济、政治、文化等方面的发展起了重大的作用,并进而影响到我国现代化进程。而改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,又势必会影响到我国知识分子的队伍,引起知识分子队伍在社会地位、心态观念和社会功能等方面的深刻变化。因此,党的知识分子政策也要适应市场经济和知识经济时代的新要求,才能促进建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业的蓬勃发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intellectual policy of china communist party is mostly influencing the construct of intellectual and the development of economic society. There are some faults in the intellectual policy since New China founded, but in total, it mobilized the positivity of intellectuals in building social democracy society, and accelerated the development of market economy and knowledge economy. There are many important meanings when we research the role and the evolvement of intellectual policy, avoiding the historical tragedy about persecuting intellectuals.There are three chapters in my thesis: preface, body and tag. The main content is as followed. The preface mainly discuss the definition of intellectual, the goal and the meaning to choose this title, the status of academe, the questions which will be discussed, etc. chapter 1 introduce the process of intellectual policy, and the different policies according to the different attitudes of our party to the intellectual in different periods. Chapter 2 discuss how the intellectual policy play its role by the roles of intellectual in knowledge economy and area of society and culture. Chapter 3 describe the influences of intellectual policy.The party took the different intellectual policy which did great effect to our country’s economy、politics、cultures etc. Further, it can affect our updating process. The deep going of reforming、unfolding and the establishment of socialist market economy system, must influence our intellectual troops, give rise to profundity variety in the whole construction, social status, mindset idea and social function. Therefore, the Party’s intellectual policy must be about to adapt the new requirement of market economy and knowledge economy period, and promote the wholesome development of Chinese characteristic socialism.更多还原
