【摘要】 中国是全球最大的FDI流入国之一,FDI对中国经济发展贡献巨大。韩国作为中国第六大FDI来源国,在中国外资中拥有最高的增长比率,对中国经济发展的推动日益增大。正确理解韩国对华直接投资的特点和发展趋势,分析韩国企业对华投资主要动机和战略倾向,客观认识韩国对华直接投资对我国经济的影响,对我国,特别是相关城市和地区有效引进、利用韩资,具有重要意义。本文借鉴相关研究成果,对韩国对华直接投资及其对我国经济的影响进行比较系统和深入的分析。首先,把韩国对华直接投资的基本特征、投资动机和韩国企业对华发展战略三部分有机地融合成一体,对其现状和发展趋势进行系统分析和预测。随后,通过与其他来源国外资的比较,分析韩国对华直接投资对我国经济发展的积极影响和可能产生的不利因素。最后,结合以上研究,从促进韩国企业技术转移,带动我国相关产业进步角度,对我国有效引进、利用韩资提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is one of the biggest inflowing countries of FDI in the world, and FDI plays a very important role in boosting its economic development. Korea , as the sixth largest FDI source country, which has supreme acceleration in her direct investment into china, has its impact on Chinese economy unimpeachably. To understand the characteristics and future developing trend of FDI from Korea correctly, grasp the motive and development strategy of Korean enterprises in China , and know impact of FDI from Korea on China’s economy objectively,is very valuable for every Chinese city to introduce and utilize FDI from Korea..Based on relevant research results, FDI in China from Korea and its impact on China’s economy are analyzed systematically and thoroughly. First of all, essential characteristics, investment motive and strategy of Korean direct investment in China are merged organically into an interactive body, and at the same time this body’s current situation and development trend are analyzed and predicted. Subsequently, the positive impact on China’s economy of Korean investment in China and its disadvantageous aspect is set forth objectively on the basis of the comparation to other source FDI . Finally, combining foregoing research, several suggestions to effectively introduce and utilize Korean FDI are proposed ,thinking about promoting the technological transfer of Korean enterprise, so as to drive Chinese relevant industries’progress.更多还原
