【摘要】 企业的知识开发和知识运用已成为企业在竞争环境中取胜和长期发展中生存的必由之路,而对知识和能力的开发根本(或主要)内容是对创新的开发。作为知识的源泉——创新在企业中形成、流通、变换为价值的过程,以及决定和影响企业中创新的各种因素等等,都是当今企业需要和必须了解的。研究创新必然涉及到其微观创意的单元——记因(meme),企业记因流的运动特性充分反映了企业中创意的真实情况,企业中创意的微观机理表现在记因流的运动过程中。本论文分析个体记因的特征及影响个体记因输入和输出的因素,探讨了企业记因运动和针对记因运动的记因管理策略,讨论了个体记因三个要素:外来记因输入、本体记因变化、“新”记因输出运动规律。强调记因的输出过程是记因的显化,它决定了个体记因与企业记因相互作用的效果,由于可以通过引导促使和激发个体记因的显化,所以在企业环境中可以通过管理等手段实现对记因的一定控制;研究了个体记因与企业记因的关系,企业记因特殊的运动特性。提出并分析了企业记因运动有两个决定因素:记因源数量和记因流通渠道,组织结构对记因运动有影响作用。通过分析决定企业记因流的两个因素以及记因运动的原理,探讨在企业现有组织结构的基础上实施记因管理的策略。从环境培育、员工理念、组合引导等几方面管理策略,为有效的实现企业对知识的控制和对知识开发的方向性引导等方面,提出了指导企业的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing and practicing knowledge is the only way to make company success in tough competition. Innovation is fundament of developing knowledge. So innovation is the source of knowledge. It is necessary to learn the process including innovation building, innovation circulating , innovation worthiness, and all factors which will influence innovation.In order to study innovation, we must study meme which is microcosmic unit of innovation. There is a special continuous transformation—corporation meme flow. This flow is with some characteristics and reflect the innovation and microcosmic unit evolution.On present researching project, meme characteristic and the factor which influence meme import/export are researched. Meme flow and meme manage system are researched. Furthermore, three elements (importing meme, transforming meme, new meme exporting) of meme unit also are researched. Meme exporting express the meme in detail. It decides what we can get from the reciprocity by unit meme and corporation unit. Manage meme flow with guiding meme and inspiring meme which can control meme evolution in corporation.It is important for us to research the relation between unit meme and corporation meme. Some special corporation characteristics also must be studied so we can get regulation of meme evolution. Finally two pivotal factors (meme quantity, meme circulation) are founded which are used to analyze meme evolution.There are guide suggestions for corporation on knowledge control and development through analyzing two meme(unit meme, corporation meme) and meme flow, researching policy of meme managing system on the basis of present corporation structure, and pushing other manage policy (condition training, employee idea and organization etc..).更多还原
