基于无线及网络通信的施工信息监测系统

【摘要】 本论文根据大规模多点位远距离混凝土施工监测的要求,设计了一种适合于施工信息智能监测的基于无线及网络通信的分布式远程监测系统。整个系统由一台主机和多台下位机构成,每台下位机按设定的时间间隔(由主机设定)自动完成温度和应力信息的采集,最后通过无线模块将数据上传至主机,由主机软件完成数据的转换、存储、曲线和报表生成,实现混凝土施工监测的信息化管理。最后构建一个Web服务器,实现信息的异地监测。系统的数据采集箱利用微处理器AT89C52实现多通道信号的定时采集,利用TDX868A无线数传模块实现数据的无线传输,利用RAD开发工具Delphi 6.0和数据库Microsoft ACCESS 2000实现数据的智能化管理。Web服务器采用Apache For Windows构建,并利用PHP语言实现网页的设计。本课题已经完成温度数据采集箱、主机软件和网络模块的设计和调试,并达到了实际应用要求,同时完成了应力传感器和应力数据采集箱的设计和分析。

【Abstract】 According to the demand of multi-points and large-scale construction monitoring of long distance, the paper developed a new type of construction monitoring system based on wireless and network communications.The whole system is made up of one host computer and several client computers (data collection box). Each client computer automatically completes the data collection of temperature and stress information in term of fixed interval, which is set by host computer. All the data are transferred into host computer for further processing through wireless module, and the software of the host computer finishes the data conversion, storage, curve creating and report creating. Finally a Web server is constructed ,which completes the construction monitoring of long distance and long time.A temperature collection box is designed which used a MCU AT89C52 for multi-channel data acquisition and a wireless module for data transfer. The software of host computer is designed and debugged by Delphi 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000. And network module is set up through Apache For Windows and PHP language.The monitoring system was proved to satisfy the requirement of practical application and was applied to several projects. The stress measurement and stress data collection was also discussed in this paper.
