视频监控系统的研制及运动模糊图像复原方法的研究

【摘要】 视频监控系统是安全防范系统的重要组成部分,它是一种防范能力较强的综合系统。视频监控以其直观、方便、信息内容丰富而广泛应用于许多场合。近年来,随着计算机、网络、图像处理技术及传输技术的飞速发展,视频监控技术呈现出前所未有的发展势头和潜力。因此,基于视频监控系统的开发不仅具有理论价值,还具有广阔的市场价值。本论文主要讨论了视频监控系统的研制,并对如何消除监控系统当中经常出现的运动模糊图像进行了算法研究。论文概述了视频监控系统的历史和发展趋势,对当今视频监控系统中的典型设备和结构进行了介绍,分析了其优劣势,提出了一些选型原则。论文详细介绍了与南自信息有限公司合作开发的大型视频切换矩阵、现场监控单元和摄像机控制单元等设备的研制过程。特别着重讨论了系统的开发流程(系统功能分析、模块划分、具体电路开发等),技术难点及解决方法,开发收获和改进意见。目前,这些设备已经投入实际的运行,达到了系统要求的设计指标。论文针对了视频监控系统中的运动模糊图像进行了研究和探讨,分析了图像运动模糊的成因,在空域和频域探讨了运动模糊图像的复原方法。特别是对于如何分析盲目图像获得运动参数提出了一些新的思路。仿真结果表明,这些方法对于复原匀速直线运动造成的模糊图像比较有效。
【Abstract】 The video surveillance system is a very comprehensive system, which is an important part of security fence system. Because of its convenience, directness and abundance in information, it is very popular in many fields. With the development of computer technologies, network technologies, image-processing technologies and transmission technologies, the development of video surveillance system shows great potential. Thus, there are not only theory values but also great market values in the research of this system. This thesis focuses on the research of video surveillance system and the algorithms on how to restore motion-blurred image.Firstly, the history and tendency of video surveillance system are introduced briefly, some typical devices and structures are summarized and their advantages and disadvantages are presented. Then, the developing processing of large-scale video switcher, local surveillance unit and camera decoder are discussed in detail, especially the structure design, functions design, important circuits, developing difficulties and improvement.In addition, the cause of motion-blurred image in video surveillance system is analyzed. Then, the algorithms on how to restore image are presented. The emulation result shows that those algorithms are effective.
