多功能电力参数监测仪的研制

【摘要】 在现代社会中,电能是一种最为广泛使用的能源,随着社会主义市场经济建设越来越完善,电力生产也需要适应市场经济的发展,在电力用户对电能质量的要求不断提高的同时,也有必要通过市场手段,按用电峰、谷不同电价促使电力用户主动调节用电负荷,多功能电力参数监测仪正是为此目的而研制。论文首先阐述了电能质量与电能计量相关的国家标准和行业标准,在此基础上提出了电力参数监测仪的系统设计方案,然后从硬件和软件两个方面详细介绍了电力参数监测仪的研制方法。多功能电力参数监测仪采用模块化的设计思路,将系统分为人机接口、主控模块、信号处理模块、传感器模块等多个功能模块,各模块之间通过信息交换协调工作,本文主要阐述信号处理模块和传感器模块的软硬件设计。硬件方面,本文从理论和实践两个方面详细介绍了信号调理及数据采样的具体电路实现,以及看门狗电路、通信接口等相关的系统电路扩展;软件方面,本文着重从算法上描述了幅值调整、相位调整、数字滤波等数据预处理算法,以及电压电流计算、电能计量、谐波分析等电力参数的计算方法,辅之以大量的算法仿真实例,形象直观地评测了算法精度。多功能电力参数监测仪使用ADI公司的数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心,配合可靠的软件设计,具有电力参数监测、电能质量分析、分时段电能计量和故障录波等功能。经过两年多的努力,系统样机已经研制成功,通过现场测试,各种功能基本达到要求,正在向产品化过渡。

【Abstract】 Electric Power is widely used in modern society, it’s very important to make electric power production to keep up with the steps of the development of market economy. In recent years, the electric power consumers become more and more fastidious about the power quality, and it is necessary to charge different expenses according to different time. So the Multifunctional Electric Power Parameter Monitor is researched.The author introduces the National and Sector standards about electric power quality and electric power metering at first and designs system scheme bases on them, then the author narrates the development of the meter.The author uses the modular design method to design the multifunctional electric power parameter monitor, the meter is divided to several modules such as man-machine interface, main module, signal processing module, sensors module and so on, this paper mainly discusses the hardware and software of the latter two modules. The author introduces the circuit detailedly from theory and practice, and then the software is introduced detailedly with the emphasis on amplitude adjusting, phase adjusting, digital filter and parameter computation, a lot of simulation examples are illustrated.The meter can monitor the electric power parameter, analyze the electric power quality, measure electric power energy in multi-rate, record the fault wave and so on. The model of Multifunctional Electric Power Parameter Monitor had been produced successfully after about two years, it had passed strict test and will became a batch production soon.
