【摘要】 长期以来在“冲击——回应”模式影响下,中国市民社会研究主要集中于经济学、政治学、社会学等方面,而忽视了西方市民社会背后的伦理价值生态的话语霸权,造成了学理与实践的双重误区。为此,文章通过对市民社会理论形态与历史源流的梳理,提出从哲学伦理学视角深化中国市民社会研究的必要性。笔者首先以黑格尔《法哲学原理》为基点,分析在西方历史境遇中,市民社会所形成的伦理价值生态体系。一是内在的伦理价值生态,即市民社会的安身立命与伦理精神气质二者之间的互动与辩证统一;一是外在的伦理价值生态,即市民社会的伦理价值与社会各子系统的交汇、渗透以及相互价值支撑,从而生成的伦理——经济生态、伦理——政治生态、伦理——文化生态。透过上述理论分析,立足中国市民社会研究中的问题,在市民社会伦理价值生态与中国传统伦理精神之间进行自觉对话。在中国传统“家国一体”的自然血缘、人情主义与市民社会的需要体系、契约伦理之间架构有效话语通道,进行逻辑与历史的全方位比照。从而,凸显中国“家国一体”社会架构模式,在全球化时代对于饱受责难的西方市民社会理论超越之可能。文章主要关注市民社会理论背后深厚的历史感与强烈的时代意识,传达基于民族与时代的问题意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the influence of“Impact-Respond”model, the study on China Civil Society is focusing on the field of economy, politics and sociology, etc. But behind which, the ethical value system of Civil Society has been ignored, resulting dual mistake in theory and practice. Based on the theories and the history of Civil Society, the article emphasizes the necessity of deepening the study on China Civil Society from the angle of philosophy and ethics.Based on Hegel’s Philosophy of Right, the writer analyzes the ethical ecology system on Civil Society in western history. One is internal, namely the interaction and dialectical unification between an-shen-li-ming and ethics spiritual temperament of Civil Society; the other is external, namely interaction and mutual support between ethical value of Civil Society and social sub-systems, forming civil society’s ecology of ethics-economy, ethics-politics, ethics-culture.Then, with the problems of studies on China Civil Society, the thesis is to make a dialogue on ethical value ecology between Civil Society and China tradition. In the way of logic and history, we structure the passage between“organic whole of family and state”and Civil Society, which means blood-tie-logic and demanding system, ren-qing-zhu-yi and contract spirit. The aim is to argue that there is much possibility of overstepping idea of Civil Society that has been criticized intensively. At last, the writer concerns the profound sense of history and ages consciousness behind theory of Civil Society, passing on consciousness of question based on nation and times.更多还原
