PROFIBUS-DP智能从站研究与实现

【摘要】 现场总线是以智能传感、控制、计算机、数字通讯等技术为主要内容的综合技术,已经受到世界范围的关注,成为自动化技术发展的热点,并将导致自动化系统结构与设备的深刻变革。近些年来,PROFIBUS现场总线技术得到了迅速发展,越来越多的厂商开发和应用PROFIBUS总线技术。而PROFIBUS-DP,正是适用于现场层的高速数据传送。本文介绍了PROFIBUS的组成和基本特性,包括PROFIBUS的协议结构、传输技术、访问协议等。详细阐述了PROFIBUS-DP的功能、通信机理。对DP主、从站的任务和实现做了说明,并详尽描述、分析了PROFIBUS-DP从站开发所需的协议芯片SPC3。在此基础上介绍了基于PROFIBUS-DP的FCS构成,提出了智能DP从站的实现方案,对使用SPC3实现DP从站做了剖析。并举例开发了一个依靠MSP430处理器和SPC3协议芯片构成的智能DP恒温从站,完成了从站的硬件选型和电路设计,以及从站软件算法分析和程序实现。本课题从一个应用实例来阐述如何通过PROFIBUS-DP现场总线将一个独立的系统接入一个控制网络,进而连入Intranet、Internet这一目的。希望能够为国内以后的实际开发提供一个借鉴。
【Abstract】 Fieldbus is a comprehensive technology with its contents based on intelligence sensor,controlling (protocol), computer, digital communication, etc. It has attracted the attention from a world wide range, become the major focus of the automation development ,and will result in the revolution of automation structure and product in recent years. PROFIBUS fieldbus technology has been developed in a speedy fashion ,and more and more manufacturers develop and use PROFIBUS bus technology. PROFIBUS-DP is suitable for high-speed data exchange.This thesis introduced the composition of PROFIBUS and basic characteristic( protocol structure, transmission technology, protocol of visiting PROFIBUS, etc.) .It has explained the function and communication mechanism of PROFIBUS-DP in detail, analyzed thoroughly the realization of PROFIBUS-DP communication, explained the task and realizing of DP master and slave station,and analysed exhaustivly protocol chip SPC3.This thesis has recommended FCS which based on PROFIBUS-DP to form, proposed realization scheme of intellectual DP slave station, realized DP slave station which has been analyzed in using SPC3, and developed a intellectual DP constant temperature slave station of relying on MSP430 processor and SPC3 chip to form. This paper accomplished with the slave’s hardware component selection and circuit design, and the algorithm analyses and program realization of the slave is also accomplished.This paper explains how to insert the independent system a control network, and then enter Intranet, Internet. Wish this paper could bring forward some thoughts for domestic fieldbus industrialization.
