【摘要】 集装箱运输以其方便、快捷、减少货损货差、准班率高等等特点，逐渐被人们所接受，并且成为国际贸易中最主要的运输方式。我国的集装箱运输虽然起步较晚，但几十年来一直保持了较高的发展速度，不论是在集装箱运输船队的保有量方面还是集装箱码头的吞吐量方面，都已经成为世界上一股不可忽视的力量。 宁波港作为我国四大深水港之一，凭借其优越的自然、社会条件，这几年在集装箱运输上获得了高速的发展，2006年宁波港集装箱吞吐量突破700万TEU，集装箱航线达到163条，最高月航班数已达到728班。吞吐量的节节攀升，同时也暴露出了一系列的问题，如，服务体系不够完善、腹地范围小、港口资源布局分散等等，这些问题若得不到较好的解决，将严重阻碍宁波港集装箱运输的健康发展。 本文共分为六章内容。第一章是绪论，主要介绍了本文的背景、选题意义、研究思路和方法。第二章主要介绍了世界及中国集装箱运输和集装箱码头的发展趋势。第三章首先从自然条件和社会环境两个方面介绍了宁波港的概况，而后又就宁波港集装箱运输的发展情况作了简要介绍。第四章用SWOT分析法定性分析了宁波港集装箱运输发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，并且列出SWOT分析表，为第六章发展战略的提出提供了定性依据。第五章主要是用了灰色组合模型预测了2010年以前宁波港集装箱吞吐量。第六章为宁波港集装箱运输发展战略，主要包括战略目标，战略选择和战略措施三部分。 中国，特别是长江三角洲地区经济的持续快速增长，为国际航运市场提供了一个巨大的发展空间。“十一五”期间对宁波港来说是一个非常重要的阶段，能否在今后的发展道路上越走越顺，关键在于能扣正确把握自己，抓住机遇，迎接挑战。因此，通过研究，明确市场发展趋势，并在此基础上制定出和这一趋势相适应得发展战略，将有助于宁波港集装箱运输取得更大的成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Container transportation is gradually being accepted by people and becoming the most important way of transportation in international trade because of its convenience, shortcut, damage-reducing, punctuality and so on. China has become a strong country on the number of container fleets and the throughput of container termianls.Ningbo port is among the four deep water ports of our country, resort to its better natural and social coditions, it makes a great progress on container transportation. Ningbo port has got a container throughput of 7 million TEU, its container lines has reached to 163 and the number of flights per month has got to 728. The increasing throughput uncovers a series of problem.This dissertation has six chapters. The first chapter is a prolegomenon, it introduces the background, meaning, researching route and meathod of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the developing trend of container transportation and container terminals of China as well as the world. The third chapter tells the natural conditions and social enviroment of Ningbo port. The forth chapter studies the Ningbo port’s strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on SWOT, which provide the sixth chapter with qualitative accordings. The fifth chapter uses the grey combination model to forecast the container throughput of ningbo port untill 2010. The sixth chapter is the development strategy of container transportation of Ningbo port, including strategy object, strategy choice, stragety measures.China, especialy the Yangzi river triangle delta territory, has a very good trend of economic development, it dffers a huge room for international shipping market. " The 11th five year " is very crucial to Ningbo port, if we can exactly understand the situation, grasp the opportunities, there will be a better way to go.
